I don't know but watching a real racing driver doing the analysis is just way more comfortable and convincing than watching a sim racing driver showing off his "unreal" technique. Thanks for the video!!!!
I love how i started understanding in a more visual way what i feel and do on the car, the data is the best for this! Great video! Keep them on🔥 🙌🏽 and btw, i would totally buy a CamDas tee 👀
Definitely. I actually communicate with my engineer in terms of data terminology. For example, we talk about the braking in terms of shapes like a “table” or a “peak” shape. It’s such a great visualization as you said. On the merch front, the shirts and some other items are available on my website www.camerondas.com if you’re interested! Really appreciate it 🤙
Thanks for a great video, clear, to the point but detailed and from the driver's angle! Well done... I am new to iRacing but used Data Analysis in real racing and I am big fun. I was looking for something like an intro and you delivered. I would also appreciate sharing the i2 workspace.
hey! really informative video , could you share the Workspace that you were using in it, and thanks for all the info. cant wait for more from you. cheers
Thanks very much for your analysis. I'm new to sim racing so I prolly have to watch it again. YawRate , wheelspeed, steering angel, . . . .nice combo analysis. I set up motec and named my workspace "CamDas25" :D
Thanks for this video. How do you get other people's telemetry data in iRacing? It only shows mine. I'm also missing steering angle, yaw, and rear tire temps. Is there something I need to do to get these to record?
To get other people’s data, you need to ask them directly. As far as I know, there isn’t a go-to place for people to upload their own data, but the other option is to buy data from VRS or PDS which offer data packs. As for the missing channels, that’s strange. Have you tried using the exact codes for those channels I showed in the video? It’s different code titles for rFactor and iRacing.

If you don't present for a living, you definitely could, very well delivered.

This is the best vid on this stuff rn. Would love to hear your analysis of a high downforce car like the f3
This video is amazing. Learned so much even with years of sim racing! Thanks brother!
You are Amazingly knowable! This was a great overview !
Hi Cameron, could you post a link for your iRacing Motec Work space? Thanks for the tutorial.

You should turn on Variance and it’ll show right right away where you lose and gain time.

I like the flowers in the background man, good choice. Also sick video!
