  • In this video I play the Palmer-Hughes arrangement of Emile Waldteufel's "España" waltz. Waldteufel's piece was originally inspired by Emmanuel Chabrier. This is a very fun, lively piece to play on accordion. Cheers! -Tom

Tom, Thank you for posting this song from Book 8. Very nicely done! I hope one day to be able to play this song too. I am still in Book 7. This looks so intimidating!

Did you say this song España is intermediate? Ha ha ha!!! Maybe to you- a great accordionist. It’s actually in Book 8 of the PH 10 book series. I’m just getting back into accordion playing- I was on book 7 about 12 when I stopped. Wish I’d kept playing. You’re my inspiration! Thanks…

Tom, parabens, a long time I look for the musical score from Spain to accordeon, you sell me this score? how to get?

+Damatta Cosmeticos Hi and thanks for watching! This song is part of the Palmer Hughes Accordion Course, Book 8. You can buy book 8 on Amazon, Alfred Music, Barnes and Noble and a few other places. The book is inexpensive and should be pretty easy to find. Hope that helps!

I have 5 accordions, I cannot get a bass like that on any , what? is the make up of it eg reeds cassotto? and if it it to pertinent to ask HOW MUCH? an arm and a leg I suppose and a bit more wonderfull sound been looking for something like that for 70 yrs but still enjoy playing

I did some research and I'm pretty sure it's a double tone chamber (cassotto) accordion. Thanks for watching and for your nice comment!
