There are also several unnecessary bad doublings as well as some syntactical errors, e.g., the whole note in bar 13 of the first violin part should be an F-natural, not an E-sharp.

I agree with you that this piece can be improved, but at the same time, there are also many good things.
In a short video, it's impossible to do a complete analysis.
The purpose of this video is not to point out mistakes (which we all make and have made), but to encourage and inspire those who, sometimes with difficulty, do their best.
Now, reread your comment, and answer this question:
How useful is it in terms of emotionally reinforcing the person who wrote it and inspiring them to do even better?
From a psycho-neurophysiological point of view, the comment you wrote is terrible, unless the goal is to emotionally block the person who wrote this piece.
Starting with a "unnecessarily bad" priming concept activates a frame that, in turn, triggers certain biochemical reactions, creating a tension mix characterized by adrenaline and cortisol. It's a great way to alert the amygdala, which then activates the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis with an adrenaline release, leading to a freeze-flight-fight response.
So, how to write a useful comment?
For example, it can be reformulated as follows using the 3E structure (Engage, Explain, Exchange):
Engage: I really appreciate the effort put into this piece! The main idea is very interesting.
Explain: Precisely because the musical idea is very interesting [note the hypnotic Cause-Effect pattern I've skillfully inserted], there are also other improvements that can be made. For example, that E# should be an F natural.
      (Then explain the reason)
Exchange: In this way, everything will be more correct, and you can complete your piece!
PS: A very important issue regarding linguistic priming:
If you start with a sentence containing the word "unnecessarily," what happens due to a cognitive bias called the Halo effect is that you take on the effect of "unnecessarily."
In fact, your comment phrased in this way was really unnecessarily.
