I enjoyed this video! A lot going on and some clever solutions to beautifying a difficult and ugly property. The time-lapse section towards the end was super satisfying to watch. Can't wait to see the next part of this series.
The water main above ground is insane. They definitely hid it behind the shed you said they had and hid it well. You guys nailed it by getting it right. I also prefer corded tools all day unless you're in an attic or a tight area. It sucks when you're in mid rip and the battery dies. Also, more power
Looks good and will look great when finished. The cool thing about the jobs that you guys do you can come back in 10 years with your kids and say, you see that, your dad and your uncle and our crew built that. And it still looks good.
It's not surprising you got additional work because the homeowner knows from the results so far that he's hired a skilled team of experience with a quick turnaround time.
110 year old property requiring the old fashioned way of hand mixing all your concrete on site. That is back breaking work. So many little details. You guys are like generals on a battlefield strategizing how best to do things in an efficient and workman like manner. Kudos to all of you for getting the nuts and bolts down right and creating a remarkable improvement to this property.
Another fantastic job! I was getting overwhelmed just watching the walkthrough with all the crazy work you guys were going to do. But you guys made it look easy and beautiful! I hope these richie b's appreciate the hard work and level of skills you guys bring. 🙌🏻
I live nearby in Dana Point and know how tight and sloped many of the streets are in Laguna Beach. Must have been more challenging than your other jobsites
Really varied project - makes for good viewing! Hope you guys got all the changes and expectations on detailed paper so there's no misunderstandings later.
Man I wish you guys came down to the North County San Diego area. I have a backyard project I'd love to have your team work on -- I know I'd be getting quality work!
what was more expensive the retaining wall or the other add ons? cause if the retaining wall wasn't that much more expensive than the add-ons, the customer could of got everything done
Cracking looking job lad’s !! You certainly had your work cut out in this job , Could there have been a shed/garage structure that the water pipe may have ran in the inside of because is just seems so exposed sitting above ground ?
Another great job done from the best California concrete construction company
I thought they were in Arizona?
@@michaelolenick4078 that two I forgot to also mention that as well.
Thank you very much. Our father David is in Arizona and me and my brother Tim are in California 😎

Exactly, yea those batteries are constantly dying mid cut on me or they’re never charged. It’s a constant battle
Dad must be so proud boys...great job!
Thank you!

Yes that's the way it will be! Exciting stuff to look forward to thanks
The owners probably noticed how great the initial work was, then went for the add-ons. Great video, keep them coming.
That's what happens!
What a job, nice that you let the owners know what wrong with the wall, and you gave them your professional advice. Great jobs guys! 😊 👍
Exactly, thank you for watching!
Great work gentlemen, property looks a lot better in just this 1 video.
It turned out pretty good thanks for watching

Glad you enjoyed it! Thank you!
Should’ve talked the homeowner into driving 1 inch rebar down through those blocks of the retaining wall.
Then fill it up with concrete or gravel
you guys are awesome🎉
Thanks Chris you are too

Every job is its own challenge but that was very difficult as well. Tiny streets with drastic slope
Nice 👍
Thank you! Cheers!
Really varied project - makes for good viewing! Hope you guys got all the changes and expectations on detailed paper so there's no misunderstandings later.
Yes we did! This one went smooth in terms of all of that.
This job looks like a nightmare to do...complicated...good luck guys.
Yes it was, thank you
Contractor in Bay Area, great work fellas!
Thanks good luck out there
As an Engineer I love watching the fantastic workmanship. I wish you were located in Phoenix. Would have a nice job for you.
My father is in fort Mojave Arizona
Nice Job .. With The height of the block wall no Geo grid ?
No geo grid

We get a lot of requests for that area, if it’s big enough we can come
Paisa homies with the Pacificos lmao
Homeowner pulled em out on us
Wow interesting jobsite
Very interesting haha
That retaining wall looks dry stacked with no structural reinforcement??
It’s stackable interlocking block
what was more expensive the retaining wall or the other add ons? cause if the retaining wall wasn't that much more expensive than the add-ons, the customer could of got everything done
The add ons were much more expensive than the retaining wall.
What happened to Shane?
Falling out?
He got hooked on steroids and going to the gym and stopped coming to work. Maybe he will be back hopefully some day

this water line is 100% mickey mouse job. what a pain in the a**.
Yes it was, luckily we were able to rectify it
Man the built nothing the same heights. Everything is all different heights. What a mess
True, but we were able to accommodate it all.
Cracking looking job lad’s !! You certainly had your work cut out in this job , Could there have been a shed/garage structure that the water pipe may have ran in the inside of because is just seems so exposed sitting above ground ?
I think there was an old shed there but it was a small one
Hello
Corded tools are the best.
No need to worry about throwing away tools in 5 years.
I still use my Dad's corded drill from the 90s.
😮😅😊
Wow impressive, they don’t make them like that anymore
