People are comparing this home to that of NY, Mumbai, other parts of US & India and many places. In real state, location is a major factor but for 360K in Texas(League City), this one is a fair deal. Most importantly, you are not getting a typical US house made mostly out of wood. Good buy considering it has a great outer space as well.
