Even though it's the same head sculpt from the first Suicide Squad figure, which I have and I do agree that they should've changed that, I still pre-ordered this figure. I kinda liked this movie which I can't say the same about the first Suicide Squad movie because that one was awful. Another reason I got it is because this outfit is the 2nd most iconic look to Harley Quinn right behind her jester outfit. I do hope the outfit is real leather since it's an Artisan piece.
I'm still gonna pre-order because I'm sick in the head, but the price is likely going to be ridiculous despite 1) a single, overexpressive sculpt that is easily the weakest in the artisan line so far 2) a basic display base 3) kinda lacking acessories and an underweathered duffel bag 4) probably but hopefully not pleather jacket and pants. Custom headsculpt is gonna be the way to go with this one, which sucks because youre already paying premium for these figures
Same underlying sculpt but I don't understand why they needed to penny pinch on that because they still made some modifications by adding the rolling eyes, completely different paint apps and obviously the rooted hair. Just seems odd that they didn't just make a completely new sculpt instead given the significant changes which have unfortunately made it worse than the original sculpt.
Alotta "if's" being thrown. Don't know for sure about any future release unless you work for said companies and/or IP holders. Fig looks cool. Something about the sculpt is throwing me off. Does seem to be a situation of too little too late but there are people that have been REALLY wanting this interpretation of Harley. I have the OG SS Harley fig with the exposed knees. The jointed knees grew on me tbh. Now the fact she is single jointed on the arms. UGH! Also with this unsure about the feet. Hope its not like old Widow and Nebula fig where there is zero ankle articulation. The material does seem to be pleather but u'd hope they may use the same material used with latest Deadpool fig. I may try my luck in the que with this one. We'll see. Would go nice colorway wise with my Deadshot. Thanks for vid!
great review but had the previous one and agreed too late by time it will come out and as the previous one the expression got tired of, base is simple, guns prob plastic, pleather peel. hard pass. setting hot toys at high standards from now on
The portrait does not look good by any means. Uncanny in how large her smile looks. It can’t be hard to produce a good looking Margot portrait. Many companies do it.

I agree with your opinion... I have the first Harley, so it feels redundant. If they include and extra (non-open mouth) sculp,... then I might get it.
