No one does beauty content like you Morgan! Every video is a banger!!!! 😅❤ thank you for loving makeup as much as we do! I just wish I could afford it 😅😅🙃🙃
Estée Lauder double wear foundation is literally my ride or die! I don’t think I will ever not have it in my collection. I have dry skin and it will look a tiny bit heavy when I first put it on, but as it wears throughout the day, it looks better and better as time goes on and my natural oils start to seep through
Armani no doubt has the best formula. Beautiful finish and never gives me even one single pimple. I wear my makeup 12+hrs (with constantly masking on and off)
I’ve tried out 10 foundations from your list and agree with your descriptions and how they look on the skin. Dior forever is perfection, Armani and Nars light reflecting foundations are also amazing. Double Wear I used it when I was more combo ski and it’s so good. Nothing beats the wearing on the skin like this one. Dior backstage and Lancôme are on my list to try.
I watched all 47 minutes and ONE of the foundations STOOD OUT AS MOST BEAUTIFUL ON YOUR SKIN ! It was the ……. NARS LIGHT REFLECTING. Looked so beautiful and truly like velvet . All the other Greats were great on your skin, but the NARS for some reason just had your skin looking like healthy, beautiful moisturized skin❤ WOW STUNNING
The Lancome Teint Idole is perfection for my combo oily skin They reformulated my shade out of the line ugh! But the foundation stick is still available and it’s really creamy and hydrating to me even better 🤍🤍🤍
Yes Pat McGrath!!! Of all the ones you demo’d here, that’s the only that looks like skin on me (46 yrs old) but still gives a little coverage and evening out that I need. And doesn’t settle into fine lines. Also love how lightweight it is. Thanks for this review, it’s amazing that you showed us every single one that you have l, thank you!!!
When you say a foundation is too drying, that's the go ahead to try it out. My favorite foundation is still Bobbi Brown. Great for oily women like myself.
The Dior face and body is not at all similar to the MAC face and body, i have both. The Dior has more coverage. The MAC is more like a very faint luminous skin tint. I do love both, they both have their purpose. I agree, NARS natural radiant is the worst foundation that has ever existed, i never understood the popularity of it, it slid and transferred like pure crisco.
I accidentally bought the NARS Light Reflecting Foundation because I was checking out Sephora during a sale and I was too embarrassed to say no to the sales attendant. (This panic buy was also how I found your channel a few months ago! Gosh the SURGE of reassurance I felt because this was easily the biggest makeup purchase I ever made at that time! I can’t believe I lucked out in finding a shade twin in you, the Tower 28 concealer in 6.0 IE is SO beautiful and comfortable on me, especially when I mix in a hint of green corrector when I use it all over my face!) I had never ventured out of drugstore foundations or even makeup in general before that point and now NARS is what I rely on for days I need to look good. I LOVE how pretty my skin looks whenever I use it! Fiji is slightly off on me (I picked a shade lighter because foundations always oxidise like crazy on me, and I have olive skin so oxidising foundation normally ends up horrendously orange on me) but I have found a primer routine that lets it look particularly flawless over long days and minimise the overly yellow look. I might look into the shade Punjab next time (which the sales attendant did recommend more between the two shades, but I had been traumatised enough by oxidising foundation to veer for the lighter shade. Turns out I didn’t need to worry about oxidation so much on this foundation 😂) I like how this foundation isn’t very fussy with the sunscreen I use since I would fall back on a less moisturising one that dries down more quickly (haru haru wonder black rice chemical sunscreen) for days when I’m on a rush. I also only need 1 pump of this foundation for my whole face (tbh sometimes I still have excess 😅) so it’s pretty worth it especially with the peace of mind it let’s me have when I have a lot of other things to stress about on those days when I should not be reaching for anything else.
The YSL All hours foundation is my favorite. It works so well for my mature, combination normal-oily skin with hyperpigmentation. I agree with the luminous matte claim, because it’s not flat matte.
I know that this one is not super popular or used, but I would love to hear your thoughts on the givenchy prisme libre skin-caring foundations, especially since it has a matte and a glow version! These longer videos have been amazing as well, I really love hearing your thoughts and comparisons!
You are so freaking hard working. I hope that when we voted for that Sephora ambassador thing a couple of years ago that they chose you! You are the most honest, thought out, and straight forward beauty reviewer I have ever seen! You are soooo appreciated, I hope you know! ❤
Pat McGrath is currently working on glass skin foundation, presumably to capitalize on her Maison Margiela triumph. 😊 Her foundation is my ultimate go-to when I want an actual foundation-otherwise, it’s Chanel Waterfresh Tint for light makeup days. Thanks for the great review!
What a great list cannot wait for part 3 my 2 favorites in this list for my 40 yr old combo skin with texture in the tzone who likes a smoothing finish and my skin has diffrent needs in the humidity of summer and cold of winter where I live are the nars light reflecting foundation and the dior forever matte or the hourglass ambient soft glow… of all foundations I’ve tried if I could only have 2 … one for everyday and in the colder drier seasons and one for special events or in the high heat and humidity of summer it would be those
Hey Morgan!! Thanks for doing this lineup I loved this video I just wanted to comment that i recently tried the Dior foundation stick and absolutely love it and it made me finally take the plunge and purchase the Dior Forever matte foundation Today waa my first day and IM BLOWN AWAY Not even overreacting I have 49 yr old oily textured redish skin and 0N is the best shade match of my life and it made my face look smooth and perfected as a porcelain doll!! Now ive decided to try all of their foundations Anyway just wanted to say I love your content !! Jamie-Alligator MS ❤
Tq girl. I agree on the last Nars foundation. I dont know why when sales person in Nars stilll suggest me on this foundation 😅 i use it with with watery foundation to make used of it, and it works.
This video was incredible! I have combo skin that can lean more dry in the winter. Nars light reflecting is my holy grail. It allows products to layer beautifully without separating or looking cakey. I tried GA luminous silk recently and after three uses I had to admit defeat. It was pretty terrible on my skin and only had a few hour wear time without breaking down. When I put my hourglass powders on top the foundation immediately separated.
Buying the Dior forever ( never tried it) and the CC foundation. I used to wear the CC a few years ago, and with winter coming up, you're reminding how comforting and beautiful this foundation was. ❤
This video is everything I haven’t been able to find! What a fantastic , detailed, honest review. I was kinda sad when it ended😢. Please do more! New sub
My combo more oily on the summer skin loves the YSL foundation & in the winter I just amp up the hydration a bit more and it sits lovely on my skin. I also love & adore the KVD good apple serum foundation as well but I do use this more for event/evening looks as i haven’t found an spf that it plays well with for the daytime. Great video Morgan, Thank you! 👏🏻🥂
Great job, Morgan - this video was beast-mode! 🏆 Nars Light-Reflecting is one of my all-time faves. After a flight across the planet, it will still look perfect & just applied, even in bright daylight, & it's so comfortable, gentle, & suits any look. Just love it, it's one of the best ever. Ty for the hard work it took to make this video! xo 😘
Thanks for this very helpful very good video as always dear Morgan!!!🤩🤩🤩🤩The PMG foundation, i loved the effect, but the alchohol in the formula, my skin was not super happy with it. But beautiful!!! Armani, still beautiful!!! The foundations i really love on my 54 year dry skin are Suqqu, Chantecaille, Chanel Sublimage. Great that you also had so many options for (more) oily skin! Lots of people struggle with makeup than, my best friend also has oily skin. She starts with the CT setting spray but also ends with the CT setting spray, really! Wishing you a wonderful day!!!😘😘😘😘
I love Lancôme foundation (stick foundation as well) and Dior Forever matte foundation. These foundations are for heavy duty. But for every day natural makeup and for undetectable look I prefer Chantecaille future skin gel foundation. I’m 47yo with oily skin with some moderate texture. And usually I prepare my skin with cream de lamer. Because preparation is very important step before every foundation that I apply on my skin. ❤️🙌
Fingers crossed Dior has a shade that matches me because I’d love to try the Forever Glow! The Pat McGrath foundation is absolutely immaculate. I used it for my wedding and it looked gorgeous all day.
I am an outlier on that PM foundation. I couldn't stand it. The Dior Forever Natural Nude is my daily driver. Big love. I think I'll give the Dior Skin Glow a try at some point. Great video Morgan!
Luminous silk is my favourite foundation for many many years now. I tried a certain amount of other highend foundations, but none of those i tried make my skin look like skin as the luminous silk does (since dior discontinued their airflash foundation 😢). Lancome Teint Idole is my mums favourite for many years, although she preferred the old formula over the new one.
I use the Makeup Forever HD Skin and honestly, such a beautiful foundation. I much preferred it over the Fenty Pro Filt’r that I have. I’m not an everyday makeup person, so the MUFE very much feels like makeup to me but certainly looks so nice on the skin and very much agree that it’s longwear
I have to resist the urge to buy the Dior foundations and the PML foundation. I love my NARS Light Reflecting foundation. It is gorgeous and I always get compliments when I wear it. If it ain't broke, don't go broke buying others. :) Great video!
I have acne prone (hormonal), reactive skin and can’t wear anything with chemical SPF. I also have combo to oily skin. The Pat McGrath Skin Fetish foundation is my ride or die. Is it full coverage? No, but I love the way it wears. As the day goes by and my oils come through, something magical happens that the foundation looks better. Do I have to blot? Yes, but it’s worth it because it looks lovely and when it fades, it fades evenly.
Thankyou for this. I have a few of these and as I’m getting older the CT Airbrush Flawless is just too drying on me so will start mixing with serums. Looove Pat McGrath bought last Black Friday. Love the Nars light reflecting, Estee Lauder double wear. Thank you for the advice on the Dior and Fenty as am also a normal to dry skin girl so your recommendations are super helpful. I have a few extra lines at 49 so hydration in a foundation is important more than ever.
I love your videos!! They are super helpful!!! I have very dry skin as well. I find that if you use serum or HA base foundation it is the best for me!! I have the wet n wild, EL, too faced and it cosmetics foundations and they are great!! I love wearing them when I can. 🤗👍💄
Hi Morgan, loved loved the video. Try to swatch the color Vienna from the NARS light reflection. Like you I was between Fiji/Paragonia but at the end the Vienna was perfect. I think we have a very close skin color. Undertone I’m not 100% sure because of the camera but we tend to use almost always the same foundation color. 😊
You’ve recommended Armani in the past and I’m already on my second bottle. Perfect for my roaccutane skin. (Dehydrated but still oily sometimes). Love love love. I also love Estée Lauder
Double wear is hands down the best ❤, HG... I buy and try to find something better and it's imposible, my skin is more mature but oily and I live in very humid climate, DW never fail, I use damp sponge and apply a thin layer and it's natural perfection, I get oily but everything "stay in place" , nothing can beat it ❤ I like teint idole as well but the second place for me would be Chanel ultra le teint, so underrated, longwear foundation ❤
The only 3 that never worked for me from this list were Nars Light Reflecting, Wet n Wild Dewy and the Too Faced born this Way, they settled in my expresion lines and emphasized my pores even i don't have large pores or much texture 😂. I am combo skin and i love mostly matte or satin looking ones but some dewy formulas like Dior Forever Glow are looking good too!
I’m cracking up😂 because I’m watching your video as I get ready for work and I’m wearing the nars long wear radiant foundation one of my favorites I have super oily skin so it works amazing on me. So funny how everyone has their preferences and all though we don’t have the same skin type I still enjoy your videos and thoughts on products ❤❤❤
I love the classic foundations rather the current viral ones, my favourites have always been Nars, esp. the light reflecting foundation which has been my fave for since it was released. Thank you Morgan; been waiting for this one. I LOVE IT Cosmetics CC Cream and have been wearing for years. I have been wanting to try a Dior Foundation just for a little variety. I have normal/dry skin like you.
Been using mac for years - good coverage, longevity , affordable, never irritated me. Recently decided to try the dior and omg no foundation has ever broke me out as bad as this one ! After only one use my skin filled up with subdermal bumps. Now I get pimples occasionally, but never so many! And all over my face! Sorry dior, big no for me 👎 MAC ❤
Love you beautiful lady Morgan, 🥰❤️❤️😇✨✨✨✨✨ can’t wait to see, know let’s keep watching. I’m going to grab a cup of coffee ☕️ have a wonderful day beautiful, God bless you 😇🥰
Excellent content. Really helpful input with informative details on pros and cons for each product. You mention using Ilia as helpful for putting under more drying/matte foundations. Would you suggest using Glossier Future Dew serum hybrid as well? Or is Ilia better? Thanks for your thoughts.
No one does beauty content like you Morgan! Every video is a banger!!!! 😅❤ thank you for loving makeup as much as we do! I just wish I could afford it 😅😅🙃🙃
Yes! Such high quality content ! ❤
Girl besides that I want this video in all categories.. this is a shade twin HEAVEN😂😂❤
I have oily skin and I swear by the fenty matte foundation and Estée Lauder double wear. Perfection!
DW is perfection for oily skin ❤
i think ill try the fenty you mentioned cos i am oily too and need a new foundation.
Estée Lauder double wear foundation is literally my ride or die! I don’t think I will ever not have it in my collection. I have dry skin and it will look a tiny bit heavy when I first put it on, but as it wears throughout the day, it looks better and better as time goes on and my natural oils start to seep through
Armani is also my most reliable foundation in my collection honestly its tried and true for a reason
Me too.
Armani no doubt has the best formula. Beautiful finish and never gives me even one single pimple. I wear my makeup 12+hrs (with constantly masking on and off)
The Haus Labs foundation would be a good one to add. I do have it. I love it, but it does tend to stick to any hairs on my face.
A video about foundations... 🤩 Thank you, Morgan! ❤
Low key.. you become one of my favorite make up creator ❤✌🏿
I’ve tried out 10 foundations from your list and agree with your descriptions and how they look on the skin. Dior forever is perfection, Armani and Nars light reflecting foundations are also amazing. Hi Morgan, the reformulation of the MAC studio fix is even better! It’s not as heavy on the skin and finally has a pump!

I mix teint idole and double wear 😍😍😍😍 I love it so much!! So smooth and lasts for hours on my combo skin!
Oooh, gotta try this.
My mom has been wearing Estée Lauder double wear foundation, and other products from Estée Lauder for years
not to be weird and parasocial, but seeing your face makes me happy ❤
That's such a sweet thing to say to someone 💗
Good look back at some more classic foundations. Thanks Morgan!
You’re amazing for doing this for us!!! Thank you so much!!!
The YSL All hours foundation is my favorite. It works so well for my mature, combination normal-oily skin with hyperpigmentation. I agree with the luminous matte claim, because it’s not flat matte.

Shiseido Revitalessence Skin Glow is my holy grail foundation. It’s the best one I tried so far for my dry skin for sure 💖

You're my go-to for foundation reviews. Definitely super spot on
The Nars light reflecting foundation is my holy grail. It does everything it claims. I agree with everything Morgan said about it.
Hey Morgan!!
Thanks for doing this lineup

I just wanted to comment that i recently tried the Dior foundation stick and absolutely love it and it made me finally take the plunge and purchase the Dior Forever matte foundation

I have combo/oily skin. Dior can do no wrong when it comes to foundation in my opinion. Especially their Forever line.
Thank you for your hardwork and thorough reviews!! Please include the Haus labs foundation in the next part!
Great job, Morgan - this video was beast-mode! 🏆 Nars Light-Reflecting is one of my all-time faves. The Pat McGrath foundation is absolutely immaculate. I used it for my wedding and it looked gorgeous all day.
I love this series! Definitely want to see part 3❤️
Me loving the fact we are skin twins and if I'm looking at new foundations I can bounce to these videos to find my shade. Thank you! ❤
I need you to do this in every category! ❤️
I am an outlier on that PM foundation. I couldn't stand it. The Dior Forever Natural Nude is my daily driver. Big love. I think I'll give the Dior Skin Glow a try at some point. Great video Morgan!

Lancome Teint Idole is my mums favourite for many years, although she preferred the old formula over the new one.
Dior Forever is my all time favorite but I use the Nude from the Dior site. It is a lightweight coverage and I have dry skin. ❤
Love your videos. So thorough and honest about the products you are reviewing 🩷
I'm so grateful! We are a shade match and a skin match (normal/dry) as well, so I'll be referring to this a lot!
I use the Makeup Forever HD Skin and honestly, such a beautiful foundation. I much preferred it over the Fenty Pro Filt’r that I have. I’m not an everyday makeup person, so the MUFE very much feels like makeup to me but certainly looks so nice on the skin and very much agree that it’s longwear
elf soft glam and catrice true skin are iconiccc
Luminous silk is my best one. Next is new huda beauty but i want to try the shiseido and haus labs 😅
Try the Haus Labs! It’s the only one I wear other than Luminous Silk.
I have to resist the urge to buy the Dior foundations and the PML foundation. I love my NARS Light Reflecting foundation. It is gorgeous and I always get compliments when I wear it. If it ain't broke, don't go broke buying others. :) Great video!
Out of all of them hands down the Dior looked amazing on you ❤
I have acne prone (hormonal), reactive skin and can’t wear anything with chemical SPF. I also have combo to oily skin. The Pat McGrath Skin Fetish foundation is my ride or die. Is it full coverage? No, but I love the way it wears. As the day goes by and my oils come through, something magical happens that the foundation looks better. Do I have to blot? I've tried 8 of the foundations you picked.😊
My new love is Sweed Glass Skin. It looks flawless after 12 hours.❤
Morgan which foundation would you recommend today for a wedding? combo, blemished skin
I love your videos!! They are super helpful!!! I have very dry skin as well. I find that if you use serum or HA base foundation it is the best for me!! I have the wet n wild, EL, too faced and it cosmetics foundations and they are great!! I love wearing them when I can. 🤗👍💄
I have the original photo focus and the dewy photo focus and I like the dewy one better on my dry skin. Naturally
I buy and try to find something better and it's imposible, my skin is more mature but oily and I live in very humid climate, DW never fail, I use damp sponge and apply a thin layer and it's natural perfection, I get oily but everything "stay in place" , nothing can beat it ❤
I like teint idole as well but the second place for me would be Chanel ultra le teint, so underrated, longwear foundation ❤
And the Nars one was a mess for me as well, transferring, moving awful 😞, I can say the worse I have ever tired
The Wet n Wild Foundation is a great affordable one 😊
The only 3 that never worked for me from this list were Nars Light Reflecting, Wet n Wild Dewy and the Too Faced born this Way, they settled in my expresion lines and emphasized my pores even i don't have large pores or much texture 😂. I am combo skin and i love mostly matte or satin looking ones but some dewy formulas like Dior Forever Glow are looking good too!
Photofocus- my holy grail!
Love my Estée Lauder double wear foundation!
I love the classic foundations rather the current viral ones, my favourites have always been Nars, esp. the light reflecting foundation which has been my fave for since it was released. I also like the MUFE but the powder foundation and Dior Forever skin glow. My mum likes that IT cosmetics and Mac, I remember Mac studio fix was the first foundation I used as a teen. I used to also love Urban Decay, especially their all nighter and stay naked which I used to repurchase throughout uni
Thank you Morgan; been waiting for this one. I LOVE IT Cosmetics CC Cream and have been wearing for years. I have been wanting to try a Dior Foundation just for a little variety. I have normal/dry skin like you.
If you could swatch all of them next to each other, it would be really helpful to compare their finishes!
I like the Dior glow foundation ❤
They have redone the Mac studio fix foundation, new formula and it now comes with a pump, it’s nice! 😊
Yesss !! Make this a series !!! Unless it already was lol !
Can’t wait , love your content !!
Sorry dior, big no for me 👎
MAC ❤
Dior looked the best on you. I miss Dior airflash soooo much! I still have a few cans of 104.
Dior Airflash is the best ever. I’m still hoarding my last can of it for special occasions.
We need a part 2❤
Love you beautiful lady Morgan, 🥰❤️❤️😇✨✨✨✨✨ can’t wait to see, know let’s keep watching. I’m going to grab a cup of coffee ☕️ have a wonderful day beautiful, God bless you 😇🥰
Thank you for this! I need to buy a new foundation
Yassss been waiting for this!!! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
i needed a fellow dry skin girlie to try pat's foundation, seated!
Thank you so much for such kind of great reviews ❤
Excellent content. Really helpful input with informative details on pros and cons for each product. You mention using Ilia as helpful for putting under more drying/matte foundations. Would you suggest using Glossier Future Dew serum hybrid as well? Or is Ilia better? Thanks for your thoughts.
Thank you, thank you thank you for the timestamps!!! :)
Thank you Morgan, a kiss from Chile 🥰
Omg this is my favourite video 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🥂
Thank you Morgan 🤗
We. Red these in all categories ❤
My OG foundations have to be Armani luminous silk, Nars light reflecting and Nars soft matte 😊
As per another comment - I would also love a review of Chanel (my fav) and Givenchy (have not tried) foundations... ❤ maybe also Shiseido and Sensai ?
I absolutely love you for this! Hi from brazil
How about the new Lancome teint idole care and glow?????
I have all of these foundations, same my thoughts 😊about them, especially nars radiant I hate it
I am mature and oily and swear by Lancome, Fenty and Pat McGrath!
Amazing video. All of your videos are. ❤
This is so beyond helpful
