I know there are 5, but I'm saying 7. I know there are 7 chakras, but there are in fact 10 and considering the minor chakras the numbers are even more. However, I have my own unconventional opinions on these things and I could be wrong.
@@raghavarvoltore6517 You're welcome, no problem. Okay, not many know that the koshas is a pre-conception of the chakra system. The first kosha corresponds to the root chakra and the second to the sacral plexus and so on... I tend to avoid going 'Sanskrit' on everyone since I feel some do not understand and it would be better for me the keep the language of description as universal as possible. Anyhow. So, the sixth kosha corresponds to...(allowing you to guess) ...the ajna chakra, the turiya avastha . This is closest to the "self" or the realm of consciousness as if the image of you in the mirror would stare right back you but just as the most quintessential aspect of you. This is also called 'Cittamaya kosha' or Mahat or consciousness as I explained above. Above/beyond this is the seventh layer with the principle of mahat dissolving further in towards its true source known as mula prakriti where the purusha (soul) is encountered. It is called 'Atmamaya kosha'.
@@suprotimchoudhury5492 I've read that there are 7 main chakras, but I've heard we have as much as 114. Why are those minor ones not as emphasized as much as the 7 main ones?
@@cosmokramer7396 Because they are minor. ...there are so many nerve channels and energetic currents carried in so many vessels called nadis and they all converge towards the major chakras. However, chief among these nadis are Ida, Pingala and Sushumna which I talked about in some of my previous videos. The process of raising sexual energy and converting it to spiritual is a secret esoteric process and chakras are made to open spontaneously. The hard part is to open the major chakras, the minor ones will open of their own accord once the major ones open. And so the emphasis is on the major chakras. There are minors and majors in music... Minors are more subtle and less distinct, while majors seems more simple. First understand the major and then move to the subtler minors and so, it is easier to understand chakras as a whole by first learning about the major ones. Similarly, the complexities of breath are easily understood once you have practiced asanas and Ujjayi pranyama and the simple version of nadi shodhana, then you will see the relationship between prana (breath), mind, body and consciousness and will gain control over them through manipulating breath.

its so funny how people get impressed by hearing about siddhis and they think let's achieve siddhis to help the mankind. But the fact is most of the crimes today are committed by the means of these siddhis,(and that's what i think is the actual cause of the current condition of the world) and these are the kind of crimes that is not reported anywhere, as these happen in a invisible realm and there is no kind of authority or system that deals with these kind of crimes. There are no laws in judiciary that deals with these kind of events. Most people just tell you how to achieve them. No one tells you what should you do if people are harassing you by using their siddhis. So its not really a fascinating subject anymore, its a fact that tells you how powerful and dangerous a human being can become. People are taking the name of God just for display, in reality they themselves want to become a God.
interesting point, it brings up the question of combating these inappropriate uses via the siddhis, which would require as good or better training of those of a more equitable nature who wish to neutralize this misuse
@@kumarshradheshnayak2662 good question. i'm a westerner, so i would guess that for the eastern path, you would need a legit guru, if you prefer just the siddhis without the liberation from the wheel of reincarnation there are some real tantric gurus out there, robert svoboda's books like 'aghora' describe some of his experiences in that system. for the western path of alchemy, an author pseudonym'd "John Kreiter" actually has some very practical literature, like "the way of the projectionist", although i started with julius evola's "introduction to magic" which provides more of a psychological context of what it means to desire power for yourself, and evola's discussions of the hermetic path and alchemy are useful. there's also franz bardon, which i didnt get much out of but maybe you would. the process of NoFap/Brahmacharya is almost unavoidably necessary, regardless of the path you take, otherwise you just won't have the energy you need to work with. i'll consider more on your question, also the authors i referred to are (mostly) available for free on archive.org and z-lib.org

Random Stuff Online One doesn’t not gain spiritual powers by mastering the mind or by reducing the ego. For example many corrupt spiritual teachers in the ego gain a following by saying siddhis lead to enlightenment, promising Siddons for a price….. If it was a matter of mastering the mind, than Navy Seals, extreme endurance athletes, along with many others highly strong minded and disciplined individuals would have extreme siddhis. This leads me to conclude that after years and years of spiritual practices or tantric means, raising kundalini…. One developes siddhis naturally as a side effect of getting more I tune with the energetic body of the soul, getting in tune more with the soul, giving them more excess to the mind and its capabilities. I used to think the more excess you had to your mind, the more enlightened you were, maybe the more capabilities you will have as an individual, but psychologically maturity, self realizations, enlightenment…. isn’t based on how much of your mind you can use, but how much you have developed psychologically. Psychological development and mind usage are to different things. We see this in a lot of new age movement, star seeds, indigos….. The individuals have great gifts, but not a certain level of maturity. Reaching Psychological maturity is the evolutionallry process to enlightenment. When you develope your psych, you grow spiritually, that is the purpose of the spiritual evolutionary processs, psychological maturity is enlightenment, mastery of the psychy. The benefit of having siddhis is so you can help other people :)
Grand siddhis and knowledge that could be used to help other people very seldom do. On the contrary. People often get drunk with power ore.....
