For the edge control, I used my edge control that will be for purchase in 2019.
For the feed ins, I used SILK ELEMENTS
I used 4 packs expressions 82-86”
I used NAROBI foam wrap and one black wrap to shine up the braids and to reduce fly aways; (dryer time 5 minutes HOT, then 5 minutes COOL)
I used SPRITZ on the edges after she came from under the dryer!

u did an absolutely amazing job. and if the client feels this style is worth her paying 1,000 for I'm not mad at her. what these cheap people on here dont realize is that braiding is a business and we dont do this for fun. it's to make a living and to put food on the table and if one style is going to take all day you're missing out on other clients u could of had in that day so the difference has to come from somewhere. keep doin what your doin. love your work! ❤

Beautiful skills perfect braiding but black women are crazy to pay 1000 for future tension alopecia lol prime example that the black community isn’t broke and just imaging if all the women who spend this type of money in hair 🙄 actually put the money together and start black owned schools for our kids and businesses to employ our brothers a sisters who have past criminal records. I love everything you said. I recently got my hair braided with some box braids and they came out great! But when I got home and let them down, I noticed that a lot of them weren't the same length. I admittedly contacted the stylist and voiced my concerns. She mad me wait a whole week to fix the issue, gave me a specific time to get it done, but didn't hold to her word and on time of that she was late with the new time and didn't apologize, so with that being said..she will not be doing my hair ever again.
Maybe that's why she left them in a ponytail.
I've never had that issue before. I think she was being cheap with the hair. She wasn't my regular stylist and these is way people don't like new people doing their hair. I will stick with who regularly does it and if not it won't get done lol.

The hairstyle is beautiful but wayyy overpriced. You braid very well but you are extremely selfish if they have to pay a thousand dollars for a hairstyle. Feed in braids should cost no more than $200. Don’t forget that your clients have rent to pay or a mortgage to pay. If all your clientele are not literally rich this is a cruel price to pay. The style is beautiful tho.

Jesus my wallet shivered😭 then some won’t let you bring your own hair(medium box braids) like tell me what hair you want and I’ll buy it..probably way cheaper. I subtracted the cost of the hair and the style came up to $75..... so that means the hair is $65 wherever she bought it. I found the exact hair and the packs for $30 😐😐😐. She wouldn’t accept and I wasn’t giving $145🤷🏽♀️. Tryna save money... someone explain why they do this...
