Actually, a lot of the audience was killed in the crossfire of one of Bra's attacks; so among the main cast, she killed 9-10 people but in general she killed a numerous amount.

Did you ever the tragedy of Majin Bra the Berseker? I thought not. It’s not a story the Z fighters would tell you. It’s a Dragon Ball legend. Bra was the daughter of Vegito, so powerful that she could go toe-to-toe with Gohan at the age of 6. She had the most potential out of all her family members, that even Vegito was afraid of what she could become. Unfortunately the brainwashing power of the evil wizard Babidi gave Bra abilities that many fighters considered be unnatural. She became so powerful with Babidi’s help. The only thing she was afraid of was becoming weak, which in a way she already was. When she thought she was at her peak, it was another version of Bra that pointed out how weak she was mentally, which effectively broke Majin Bra’s spirit and ended her reign of terror. Ironic, she demolished anyone she went up against, but the one she couldn’t beat, was herself. #EndofVideoSquad

I have the opinion that a lot of people "hate" Majin Bra for the reason that they are literally scared of her. She effortlessly curb stomps her prey like an Epic Lv100 Boss stomps base Lv1 players. And these were straight up, unabashed, violent, mostly uncensored Murder/Death/Kills (MDK), something DB fans are not altogether used to seeing.

I think that's probably 10 kills (not counting Babidi), as death number 3 was a double kill. The mini Cell Jr. was in U16 Gohan's hair until he unsuccessfully tried double-axing Bra. Buu had his own Cell Jr.
I'm ambiguous on U18 Gohan, as I think he's still alive, though barely, but only because of the cover art for the recent chapter of the main story.
