I want to do yoga and small exercises to heal myself physically while I am still healing emotionally, and most videos like this are very heavy with “relaxing” talk about your baby, which is obviously hard for me. thank you for not including that kind of talk in this video so I could put that aside and focus on my body. 💙

Inspire. I’m 13 weeks post c section and FTM, I was shocked to see how “weak” my core was when I tried to do PIYO two days and it just didn’t feel right. I did some of your videos during pregnancy and follow you on instagram, I was so happy to see you have videos geared towards healthy recovery. I had some shaky moments but it didn’t feel painful, today I felt strong. Thank you!

Inspire. I am also 3 months post c-section. This felt so good. To no fault of yours, I will need to repeat this yoga session a few more times to really loosen my body back up from such a traumatic event I and Baby experienced.
This is amazing that you did this for us moms that have c-sections. I am having a schedule c-section next month for my third child since I can't go do a normal labor and I will be definitely watching this.
It would be wonderful if you could break down some of the moves a little bit more and offer alternatives for beginners or those physically not yet able to do the full range of movement xx thank you xx
