Hey Noah, thanks for the great video! We're going to give Frame.io a try it looks like a good tool for us. I have a question on the Google sheets, are you adding that data manually or did you setup an api to pull the data on things like session length and views? Keep up the great work!
These are amazing tools. But couldn't you at least show these other TH-camrs some courtesy and blur out their email addresses. If I was a big TH-camr, I would be really pissed off that another TH-camr who I did a favour for showed my private email address to his 90k+ subscribers. Does that not occur to you how discourteous that is? Not to mention how he is probably open now to massive amounts of spam emails now. Telling people not to spam them is not going to stop people doing it. Are you really that naive? Not cool dude. Personally, if I was them, I'd ask you to take the video down. as a favour to the people you are showing personal details of, why not take this video down, then reupload a re-edited video with their details blurred out. I don't get offended easily but this has really offended me for some reason. I guess it is because I'd be really pissed off if someone did that to me.
It is hard to be interested in the number of subscribers you have when you and your team do not respond in a timely way to support requests. 10 days? 14 days? What is going on there at Appsumo and Briefcase? I am very disappointed.
