As already mentioned, it’s the ct-speed. It’s a pretty risky team tbh and personally I‘d rather use a lot of defensive units (carrotwanda, int doffy, shankscrew), since Goldbeard gets 2 kills per activation anyway. It’s more consistent. Calling kdad busted may not be accurate either. Like, he is strong sure, but it’s not what slashers need. They have enough viable legends, but they don’t have any slasher specific pvp-rr. Preferably one who’s defensive. If slashers had their own Pell or pvp-fujitora they would be contenders for top tier.
Instead of pointing out what you’ve heard in the video the reason is because slasher teams absolutely need Whitebeard/Roger to pop off before the enemy. If he doesn’t you just lose…. Slasher team is honestly only viable against teams with 6 or less units as well as teams that aren’t super Tanky because the enemies first round of specials takes outs everyone
I wish slashers were more viable outside of GP tbh, when you have the help of a gp leader like Scabbards or Roger to give them that slight push they need to survive the early game b4 they launch their specials they turn into one of the best teams in the game, just a shame that in normal pvp they are that much more dependant on good atk order rng to prevent them from dying to a random special from a unit with half their speed and ct

Why cracker over KDAD? Just getting back into the game I don’t even know what cracker does for slashers I just know kdad is busted
