That first level is a BITCH!!!! Truly one of the hardest levels ever created. It's so damn hard, I never finished the game. So forgive me for actually tearing up and shaking uncontrollably seeing someone beat this monster. I've played HUNDREDS of games and finished them all, except for this. Thank you for uploading.

It's actually not all that short. These guys just run through it like nothing. But they also use save states so none of it is really genuine. A game is only beaten when it's played the way it's supposed to be.
As a kid me and my brother would always go back to this horrendous game and knew the first 2 levels my heart but still wasn't good enough to get by these awful challenges in this game no matter how many hours played
So i bought this game a couple of days ago and have beaten it. I think this game would have been a lot better if the final level wasn't so hard. The part where you're falling down the beanstalk is very frustrating due to the fact that there are tons of birds in the way that do tons of damage. I can usually make it to that point with all of my lives and then I lose them all at that level.
@@Gameboy-Unboxings Collecting catridge games in boxes is far too expensive for me. I collect them out of box, but with a nice label. The first level becomes very easy once you get used to it.
@@chesspunk489sorry, I never saw your reply til now. But you were right about the first level. It's very easy now. I had given up on this game & I've just now come back to it. I haven't gotten to the part that you explained yet but have gotten to the level where you have to avoid the light. Then I got to where this snake was at & took my last life for no reason. I didn't even touch the snake haha. Now I'm scared of what's to come due to your comment. I do play on real hardware so no save states or anything. Just an un-modded Gameboy pocket with a worm light. Did you ever end up finishing it?

And I have to say that Escape from Camp Deadly is actually one of my favorite Gameboy games that I've played. I can't even comprehend where it gets all the hate from. I actually didn't have one complaint about it. It has nice tight controls & excellent responsiveness. It's creative & fun. Idk, I just love it. I'm working on beating Bart & the Beanstalk now. And I like this game too. But Escape from Camp Deadly is the better game.

Escape From Camp Deadly is pretty good and very beatable. Bart vs the Juggernauts is almost impossible to beat in my opinion.

I despised it at first then I picked it back up, failed a bunch of times before beating it & now, it's one of my favorite Gameboy games. Has such nice tight controls & great responsiveness. It's creative & fun. I love this game too but not as much as EFCD.

I could never beat this game. It was so hard I thought the game developer never finished it, so he made it non playable past a point. It is that hard

I play on real hardware too. That's why that falling part is such a pain. It is the very last thing you do in the game. I wish you luck!

Bart's Nightmare had it's moments, probably the least frustrating of all the Simpsons console titles
