The way she danced on stage and then step right up to the microphone and sing like she did was amazing. These people that dance and have voice tracks have nothing on Cindy. I remember taking my niece to her first concert which was the B-52's and I'd be screaming Cindy's name like I was at a Beatles concert. To this day I make myself cry from laughing so hard when I think about it. I'm older but I still have the passion for The B-52s especially Cindy.

The overall perceived simplicity is subtle, and so underrated. They didn’t promote it due to the death of Ricky, so it went under the radar, or “it didn’t get as much attention as it should have.” Check it out. The more you listen the better it gets. I’m saying that over 30 years listening to it.

Ricky kind of stuck with another crowd, a brief time I spent talking to him, he was a nice guy.
For those don't know, her brother also in the band Ricky Wilson unfortunately pass way Oct 1985 from Aids. That is why she kindly mentioned about her brother multiple times during the interview. I saw B-52 bacl in Jan 1985 at Rock' n Rio. How could I imagine two of my biggest idols already contracted this terrible disease bacl on the days.. (Ricky Wilson and Freddie Mercury) Apparently Ricky found out in 1983, I am glad he played at Rock in Rio only few months before his passing...
