This is the absolute lowest in my life. In huge debt and just got fired. I can’t handle how I define myself. The intrusive thoughts. Who do you say that I am God? I need to cling on to that
@RosarioHaaland Well I just got another job offer. God is always good and will open doors to the ones that are closed. BUT after receiving the job offer I restored to sins that I stopped doing naturally when I was depressed about being unemployed. God can always take away anything and I must regain that fear and stop sinning. Anyways I pray that you get want you need but also cling to Christ and his commandments. Truly at the end of the day and our lives all that matter is the Kingdom and the strive to be a saint.

Dear maintenance people at St. Joseph The Worker, please stop blowing leaves or whatever at 10:00am sharp when people are still in the chapel praying. Please, just wait until like noon. Just give us an hour with the Lord at least!
Seriously though, every day after daily mass like clockwork and they always start at the day chapel. I mean Lord bless them and grand me serenity and patience but like, I’m autistic and I’m in a small copper-platted metal box. Plus this morning it was even worse. Most everyone had left after daily mass except me. This Hispanic woman, bless her, comes in and sits behind me and starts playing some kind of guitar music on her phone while I’m in the middle of a rosary. I’m like: Lord, I repent of any animosity that’s there in my heart and offer my frustration and discomfort to you, and I ask that you give me the grace to sit here and bring my focus back to you and your presence in the holy Eucharist.
This is why the TLM is so powerful.
Imagine a couple generations now robbed of Faith Family and Community.
They’re utterly lost in disorder.
Where would one start to begin again and build the foundation?
The worship of God.
Now what communicates our origins, the faith of the martyrs and saints, our very identity more clearly as echoing throughout the ages:
1) On Eagles Wings
2) Gregorian Chant?
The answer is obvious.
