I have questions regarding excluded occupation list. Even i managed to get a higher score due to MBA , 10 years of experience, CBL 9 and relatives to this province as long as my experience is listed under excluded occupation list , there is no chance to be included in the pool. Under 3:59 it shows that there’s an exemption? my i know what is that another SINP stream? 2nd question, after i paid the amount of 350 then unluckily wont be included, do i need to re apply? if yes, do i have to pay again? these 2 questions were not answered in the video. please enlighten me. thank you.. subscribed already.

Hi Arun, as you can see clearly in the video, that the 'High skilled employment offer from a Saskatchewan employer' falls under the point 'The following points are for the Employment Offer subcategory only' which is highlighted in bold. So you don't need a job offer, as explained in the video, for the Occupation In Demand sub category which has been explained here. Hope this clears your confusion. Hey Jason, Let me start by saying. Kudos for all your videos. There is too much content on YT for CA immigration but much of it is clutter. Your explanation is crisp and presentation is clear. Would mean a lot if you can answer my query- I am a 33 yr old married male. I am going through all your PNP videos to see if I stand a chance. As my EE CRS is 438, and CLB 9,CRS is low for draw normally. For SINP, I am scoring 62 but I looked and all the recent draws are a bit above 62. I live in the US and my employer says, they can give me a job offer in their CANADA office (they have one in every province) if I can secure a PR but not before it. Can you suggest what PNP or route have a chance for me. Thanks again for your work.
You could opt for PNP nominations from the province your employer is willing to employ you in. This is important as you'll have to live & work in the province that nominates you for at least 2 years after landing. Ideally you should request them for a job offer, as under Express Entry, if you have a valid job offer, you can earn between 50 and 200 additional CRS points. In this way you won't even need to wait for a PNP nomination. All the best for your application; have a great day!

The Farm operator category requires you to buy & operate a farm in Saskatchewan which needs you to have a large capital investment as proof of funds & also a cash deposit to buy a farm in Saskatchewan. Buddy this video has nothing to do with Express Entry in the first place! Saskatchewan has a whole different EOI process which has been explained in this video.
That is pretty self-explanatory, and for candidates who wish to apply under the Saskatchewan Express Entry stream. For those who can't fulfill the EE requirements, the occupation in demand stream will send an approval letter which is your nomination letter, and individual instructions on how to proceed with your PR application as it is slightly different based on everyone's location.

Hi Jason, under SINP EOI, I see there is something called "Proof of professional status or licensure, if required for your occupation" . I guess for IT employees this is not required...Am I right to understand this?

EE is not mentioned in their website anymore. Seems this stream is now independent from EE.
Buddy this video has nothing to do with Express Entry in the first place! Saskatchewan has a whole different EOI process which has been explained in this video.

That is pretty self-explanatory, and for candidates who wish to apply under the Saskatchewan Express Entry stream. For those who can't fulfill the EE requirements, the occupation in demand stream will send an approval letter which is your nomination letter, and individual instructions on how to proceed with your PR application as it is slightly different based on everyone's location.
Is ECA require for "pak German technical TRADE diploma" of 2 Years after matric? Or verification from Pakistan technical board is enough?

For Saskatchewan, we've got 62/100 and eligible to receive a nomination to apply for PNP nomination, but the average points are 68-70 over the last 2 years. Can we apply for PNP if we know a friend who’s a citizenship holder and living in Saskatchewan.
