What a place amalfi is !! Lots of shopping I was just so confused in variety of dresses . Best part was sea facing restaurant and food omg . Second thing I noticed was that linen shop by 79!years old lady and her artistic skills. That was so inspiring. And last thing that green dress with small white floral print is amazing I like it.
There is so many beautiful locally made linen dress here on the Amalfi Coast Jay, It can be quite overwhelming! Fortunately I am a well versed in shopping under any circumstances! lol The restaurant location was amazing, we love going there it's kind of our local friends. Yes that story of the 79 year old lady was amazing wasn't it, inspiring yes it was exactly that :) I purchased that green dress :) xx

Hi Alessandra, I was fortunate to have spent a month in Positano in 2019 and purchased several linen pieces that were hand made and altered to fit me beautifully. When I was in Lucca last year I asked in many shops if the garment, bag or shoes I was considering buying were made in Italy and was told many times that ‘nothing is made in Italy anymore’ Some went as far as to say that if the label said it was, it very likely wasn’t. Can you share your thoughts on this? I aim to buy sustainably and to support local artisans but I’m not always sure how to go about it in today’s market place. Thank you for another lovely video.
Hello lovely! Oh wow an entire month that's amazing, that is so wonderful you had a good amount of time to be in this magical place and purchase special pieces! Was it a long holiday? Yes i am very aware of this in Lucca many people have said the same thing to me! I make sure i do my research so the shops that do get everything made in China I avoid. I did find also it was the shops that weren't made in Italy that said this about 'all' the shops in Luca which i felt was a way of my thinking oh well then I might as well buy from here whilst i am here if you know what i mean. The shoe shop i go to Cento Nove Cinque is all made in Luca. When the gentleman who makes them goes on his holiday, the shoes run out and you have to wait until next season which has happened to me a few times. I plan on doing a come shopping with me in lucca when I go back which will probably be next year now and be sure to make this clear as I feel it is very important. Like you I only like to shop sustainably, I will always show what a place has to offer in general but i vote (with my money) for the local, sustainable businesses :) I hope that makes sense and sorry for the delay in writing back and your welcome I am so please you enjoy my videos :) xx

@@alessandrarosa I had a bus tour from Naples to Sorrento. Very bywith a stop at a Limoncello factory. I also visited Rome. Would love to go back to explore some of the sites and visit Vatican City. These were day excursions from a Mediterranean cruise I was on.

So I use the Raw Pot health as its a organic, wild, non-gmo, pesticide, herbicide, and completely chemical-free plants bee pollen (you have to store it in the freezer) don'y purchase any that don't as they diminish in days and of course you can't consume it in days! I take a teaspoon a day and the benefits are that is strengthens the immune system. It is high in vitamin b12 so it's a wonderful natural way of getting that as i am plant based it's important and i much rather the actual food over a supplement. it is also high in many other vitamins. Hey Pamela, Yes i did say that and it is true. Oils have a heating points before the molecular structure changes - then becoming toxic to the human body. 400 F . Avocado oil and coconut oils are the ones that have the highest smoke point meaning they are the safest. Also olive oil is very expensive and in Italy we use it cold after we've cooked so for example if we make a bean soup the oil gets drizzles at the end when served. Of course on salads, to wipe with bread otherwise that expensive gold oil gets ruined along with long term health issues. I hope that explains it for you. What Is Smoke Point? Smoke point (sometimes called flash point) is the temperature at which an oil begins to smoke and oxidize (break down into free fatty acids). When an oil starts to smoke it will impart a burnt, bitter flavor thanks to a substance released called acrolein. Yes I could leak through all those layers 😊 I have to bring a change of clothes with me during my period. Doctors never did anything for me... I'm 46 now... I still have regular 7 day heavy periods. I was sure I would be in menopause by now.
You poor thing, Stefania is the same. She was diagnosed with polycystic ovaries which she cured herself through clean eating. She has had check after check and they can't find anything. She does find when she eats really well her periods come regularly and aren't sp painful or heavy she also rubs caster oil on her tummy and takes cbd oil for main management. Period pants have been life savers! What it must feel like for girls who have painless, regular flow periods! x
This should be checked for sure. Stefania has had everything checked she is thankfully healthy, the docs were actually amazed her polyps shrunk and disappeared in her late 20's. I think it's important to also remember we are all different and our bodies are all different as long as we are looking after ourselves, getting regular checks. We get our bloods done yearly too!

I thought wearing crop tops and revealing outfits was a no no in Italy?
Rules have slacked, of course in religious places you must cover your shoulders and arms too. I am wearing a crop top with a high waist so not exposed - you are not allowed to walk through the piazzas in bikinis , shirtless etc
