    If you are naming your splitters after famous aircraft like the Spitfire how about your next model being called the Hellichopter.

    These machines are incredible, It dosnt take you long to realize that to use this machine to anything close to it production limit you need 4 people. Will bury a single stroke in wood. We did 2 Bush Cord(4x4x8’) in 3 hrs with a rental unit (4 people)

    Great tips for usage again. Because that knife travels both ways, when it gets jammed, that small wood cutoff trick is super cool to see. That is another huge advantage to having a bi-directional knife like that. That log lift is critical for being able to keep the pieces up on the splitter as you are working. Another great video for sure

    Awesome machine.
    You need to hinge the log lifter so it can't smash your foot.
    And durable powder coating.

    Congrats on the 1k subs. How big was that last round it looked huge I don’t think I’ve tackled anything that big as of yet.

      Thank you Ben! It was a good 30"-32" round and very heavy. It would be on the larger limit of what a 2265 can handle.

    I've not yet found a round that my 2265 can't split. Amazing machine!

    Nice work! I have one on order through my local dealer--really looking forward to putting it to use! What is the standard length of the knife?

    • @SplitFireSalesInc
      @SplitFireSalesInc  7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      The standard height varies based on the model you get. The 2000 series is about 9 inches tall and the 3000 & 4000 series machines are about 11 inches tall. Hope that answers your question.

      As long as its financially feasible, thats great!
      Splitting wood is a fun part of wood burning though. Reach out if you get curious about a splitter!

      Looks like Lano Equipment out of Shakopee would be your closest option. If you’re unable to get a hold of anyone there feel free to contact our office and we’ll be happy to help you out with anything. 1-877-548-3473

    The engine should on the other side, and there should be a larger table. Recycle time is kinda slow too.

    • @SplitFireSalesInc
      @SplitFireSalesInc  ปีที่แล้ว

      If your reasoning is for counterbalance weight, that would not make sense. The wheelbase would also have to move in that direction, making the machine more unstable. The machine needs support close to the lifter to prevent tip over.
      A bigger work table or a bigger log lifter? On the 3000 series you could get a bigger lift table. As for this setup, most people find it adequate. You may have to use one to find out.
      Not sure what you mean with the term 'Recycle time.'

    Couple things... well the big thing is it looks cheap... I've had a Timber Wolf for 20 tears and the older T.W. 2 is beyond Top Quality . TIMBER WOLF

      @@robertlafnear7034 Couple things….Good to hear it’s working out for you this long. We have had many people with our splitters run well up to the 30 year mark and on average users get up to 10 years before having to do their first maintenance on the slide pads with our log splitters. They are quality and the camera doesn’t do it justice, it’s one of those “you gotta try it for yourself kind of things”. We wholeheartedly believe that once you try a Split-Fire you’ll want one too. 😃
