Thank You for these videos. I'm currently preparing for Trade Test, and the Fisher Valve has been giving me hell 🤣. Since watching these videos, everything is going smooth. Thank you so much!

Hello.thank you for video. I have a question.
Do we have to only use Cam A for beam alignment or we use other Cam (A or C) for beam alignment?

Great video! Question ... if you want to do a beam alignment but your positioner is out of calibration, would you perform step two to the mid range value of your current calibration as opposed to 9 psi? For example if my positioner was supposed to be 3-15 but it saturated at 14 (3-14) would I set step 2 at 8.5, perform the beam alignment, then adjust my zero & span to 3-15?

The reason for beam alignment is to ensure that the nozzle and flapper alignment is correct and that they meet each other squarely. Calibration of the endpoints (zero and span) will always be required after a beam alignment. An out of calibration condition prior to completing the beam alignment does not change the beam alignment process. No matter the condition, the midrange value for the desired range is used. (9psi for 3-15psig)

Do I set the mid-point of the beam alignment to 6 psi for calibrating to a 3-9 split range? Or do I stick with the standard beam alignment midpoint of 9 psi regardless of the my final calibration span?

Gerald, The Beam Alignment should be done with input signal value at midrange. For 3-9 psi split range, the midrange signal is 6 psi.
