@@vishalgautam98_76 I have tried from bihari friends .it was not ready made btw..still i liked odishi version (bcz I am judging both in thanda hua version.)..might be it's differs people's opinion, I should have been used "in my opinion" phrase ..and FYI..we are the one and famous for rosogolla (Bengal)..we have numerous varities..we are the inventer of rasmalai aslo ..we don't use some mythological stunt for our worthiness

In 13 century rosgulla is made for specially lord Jagannath as a Prasad. Get ur facts clear and don't believe in suni sunayi baat.

Khaja has very much importance in Bihar but its shape differ from city to city as Bhagalpuri I have taste both cities khaja but Bhagalpur khaja is far more tastier than that of patna ..........it is also used in Bihar marriages by exchange between the bride and groom family 😋 as a part of tradition
But I think you should explore more there are many stuffs of this kind in Bihar.......like malpua,tilkut, kebabs of tatarpur( bhagalpur)

Bhagalpur ke Tatarpur ka famous Balusaahi hai , Silao ke khaaja ka koi comparison hi nahi ho sakta hai , iska alag hi taste hota hai Mai munger se hu aur yha ka khaaja simple hota hai , ek baar khaa kar dekho Silao ka khaaja uske baad local khaaja bekar lagne lagega
