Thank-you for any and all that you provide!!
We at Harvard LOVE you and your work on these educational platforms!!
You truly have a gift of synthesizing so well

Love love love your content and exceptional teaching tutorials. Would love your videos on the following and the experimental techniques resources you suggest to learn as they would be applied in the drug discovery and advanced study of various research areas:
quantification of mRNA (qPCR), applications in protein expression and basic molecular biology ,multi-panel flow cytometry and FACS (including both intracellular and extracellular markers) and protein expression; ELISA,
Western blot, MSD, Luminex etc data analysis interpretation and techniques..
Also various analysis and types of assays in proteomics, transcriptomics, genomics.. Do you know how to design shRNA and micro RNA guides /constructs for example and do you recommend SnapGene or Geneious software sites for example
Would also love your guidance on some
Vector and virology design constructs and the various ways to design base and prime editors as we see the rapid rise in the field.
Your videos and website teaching resources would be DEEPLY appreciated as many industry scientists and advanced academics transitioning into new areas from their own backgrounds are also loving your content!!

Thanks so much! I have covered many of those topics. You can find them by searching my blog, my channel, or this spreadsheet bit.ly/2OllAB0
I personally use Benchling because it’s free rather than SnapGene. I’ve never tried Geneious
I haven’t done anything with FACs or prime editors sorry. I don’t use those techniques so don’t anticipate doing any videos on them in the foreseeable future.
I’m really happy my content is helpful but I almost exclusively just make it on what I do because 1) I know it well enough to contribute and offer additional insight and 2) I don’t have to time to look into and prepare other things because 3) I have a full-time job as a visiting professor and do all this on the side for free
      Thanks for understanding!
