Thanks so much, the only thing about these is since it is kinda a tricked out pound cake, in short, they don't get that dome like other cupcakes but , my clients love them and i always get complaints on how they are moist and dense which is rare. I hope you enjoy.
My people love Ciroc. They love it so much. Our ABC store keeps it behind the counter. Lol This is also Hennessy territory. Thank u for that clarification

Yesterday I made strawberry vodka cupcakes and my frosting curdled. So I am scared to do it again today. I froze the cupcakes. I soaked the strawberries in vodka then poured it in my buttercream with the strawberries and lime zest and it looked fine one minute then terrible the next. What do I do now and what did I do wrong? I gotta try again in a little while and I’m really nervous I don’t know if it was the butter being to warm or the alcohol?
Chef have you used strawberry cake to make these? Haven’t made a strawberry cake from scratch because they don’t come out right so it will be boxed unfortunately
