@@JimmyDean59 Dude this is such a poor comparison and a poor argument. 1. A whole dinner vs a dressing? No. Take this vegetarian dinner recipe for instance: Black Bean Arugula Tostadas. The salsa in this recipe is 6 mg iron alone. 2. In addition, a vegetarian may consume a nutrient packed omelette, blueberries, strawberries, fortified cereal and milk for breakfast. We haven't even added popular meat alternatives to their day yet, they're great but not even needed. 4. No one can eat steak daily without a severe risk of obesity, cancer and heart disease. 5. We're classified as omnivores for a reason, you can survive well with either diet. We're not classed as obligate carnivores like cats. Cats should never have a vegetarian diet.
@@JimmyDean59 Now we're not getting into ethics but just health. I've been a vegetarian since I was a kid and I'm above average height, being consistently slim my whole life with no health problems. And before anyone assume that I just dont cook it right, my mom always cooks veggies with a lot of spices and herbs and sometimes meat aka. asian style vegetables and most people would like it. Maybe I just dont like vegetables in general.
Mikael Karlsson they say “EEW” about vegetables, even though they eat someone’s dead flesh, eyes & assholes mixed in their sausages and blood every day and drink other mammal’s milk which contains cow’s pus and blood. Most of the dead flesh eaters are really dumb.

I just finished watching the Movie Ratatouille for how many times lately, and found this! Amazing..
Honestly this is the first and only recipe in REAL LIFE that actually looks JUST LIKE the movie. I am not disappointed at all
Wow, this is amazing.
I love how you guys say you don't teach cooking, but you show people HOW to cook. This is an amazing testament to that.
Cheers from India.
+Arjun RK Cheers from Seattle and thank you!
If only a rat could cook this 🐀
Sarah Ehirim It would be a dream come true

Sarah Ehirim That would actually make a pretty good movie!!

As a vegetarian I'm just happy that it's made of vegetables so I can actually eat it
Meat is recommended by all doctors for a balanced diet and is healthy so can keep stable iron levels.
@@JimmyDean59 Vegetables are high in iron, basic nutrition my dude
Tomato sauce and green veg. are loaded with it
Shania Steak has 6 milligrams of iron, tomato sauce has 2.5.
Don't get me wrong, you can totally be an overweight vegetarian because almost all snack foods and desserts lack meat.
I'll honestly tell you, my iron levels have tested stable for my whole life. Some people may fall anaemic even with meat in their diet due to other issues.
Everybody in the comments:
70%: i thought that ratatouille was rainbow pepperonis
20%: i love the movie ratatouille
10%: me
1. i recognized the ingredients a vegetables.
2. i first watched the movie at maybe 15 years old.
3. ratatouille was suggested by my then girlfriend. i didn't pay attention much the first time i watched it, then i decided to watch it a second time to know what i missed for the other 70% of the movie. it made me fall in love with cooking.

She's a keeper.
@@xxx_jim_the_reaper_xxx ratatouillie girl left me for a guy on the other side of the world because they shared the same interests and i was adapting to my new country culture in idaho and took an interest in a country girl. years later through confessions ratatouillie girl and i found out we had romantic interests outside of the relationship at the time and forgave each other because we each knew the boat the other was in. ratatouillie girl is still with the guy as far as i know and the country girl i was with was the most amazing relationship i ever had. she dumped me for another guy 8 months later. her mom said she was making the worst mistake of her life. i haven't had a gf since her and she's on i think her 3rd fiance. just letting you know what happened so you don't think "oh! such a happy ending! she broke up with you but you both found love in the end and lived happily ever after!" but for the record, ratatouillie girl was a good gf at that time.
@@DavidLinn
Welp, just wait.
I've never imagined that she would leave such a mark on you.
Her interests with the others isn't love.
She's just flirting around.
Just console with her mother because that is most effective.
Her other fiancees doesn't know her mother and its only you.
If her mother calls her out, she'll realize.
@@xxx_jim_the_reaper_xxx you don't know her and you don't know me. i spent 3 years getting out of the friend zone and everyday i had with her was a good day. even the days we had arguments. every kiss i had with her was like a trophy to me. she brought my mom and i closer together and healed our mother-son relationship when i didn't even ask her to.
i think she thinks she's in love but what i think it is is she's just trying to find someone to marry her. she doesn't flirt around. she's faithfully stuck with this last guy for 4 years i think and he keeps putting off the wedding 1 more year, 1 more year.
i tried talking to her mom when she dumped me. her mom said "i'll be your cheerleader" it didn't work. all of her past fiances know her mom. she still lives with her mom. her mom has tried to get her to get back with me but it didn't work. and just because she still lives with her mom doesn't make her any less of a wonderful person, which she still is to this day.
the last time i spent time with her was at our friends wedding. she seems to very much enjoy my company and her jealous boyfriend hated me. he convinced her i was trying to separate them and get her back. like, buddy, i ain't gonna tell her to come back. if she wants to come back she'll come back. if you're so jealous, what kind of man are you to her that you are not doing what it takes to have a happy relationship with her to the point you are afraid she'll leave you?
i keep my distance and try to get another gf, but everyone just wants money or someone who is a badass. i ain't gonna steal her because then that will be my decision to influence her rather than her choice to choose me. i'd rather give her the complete freedom to come back to me if she wishes. in the meantime i've asked 11 other women out 14 separate times in 9 years and either got no or got friendzoned.
When I was a kid I thought the red slices were pepperoni, I thought the yellow was pepperoni, I thought everything was pepperoni

Wow, it’s so beautiful and the veggies seem humbling. I can see how this would be a memorable meal.
This is just a fancy fruit salad.
Double seasoned salad
Ironic since it is a traditional French peasant dish.
Then that means every meal in the world is just raw food being cooked?

Whats your favorite idea? Mine is being creative.
I Always hated ratatouille, until the day my father cooked a real one with fresh vegetables of Provence.
I realised the one served at school was tasteless/gross because it was probably canned.
edit: I prefere to eat it cold when it's summer.
So did your dad saw this recipe because I'm highly interested I eating this?
Nothing they serve in school is any good.
For a dish made without meat is is more than wonderfully filling and satisfying.
I can't think of ratatouille without an actual rat in it.
Idk why the parchment paper in the movie always looked so good.....
I thought it was a tortilla
Ghost100 maybe cause it was tortilla
@Marina Mansfield either*
The vegetables are supposed to steam in their own juices and sauce. They would burn otherwise.
@@yndroma um its *neither* bruh are u 6 or something - it depends on what if first comment was either a negative or a positive comment and she/he said "I don't know" in her comment so the "don't" is considered negative so u have to use neither.
