@@SmokyMountainFamily when I went it was going was around the end of Sept prices for rooms was cheaper as well.from 2018 to 2020. Not to crowded at all. But also that's around bike week didn't know that the first time and it was really crowded. But I didn't mind to much because I always wanted to check out a bike week event. Even though I don't know a bike still was something I always wanted to check out. Oh and also it's not as extremely hot either. So like saying you could actually go to Broadway at the beach during the day and actually enjoy it without burning up.
WOW!! I give you kudos for visiting there in the summer! We always went in March when my parents would spend a month there. Still could have some beach time but didn't bake in the heat. We also had fun at Broadway...so many stores & entertainment to enjoy. So glad you had a great trip.
Myrtle Beach gets a bad wrap. With the exception of the downtown area featured in the most recent video it is almost invariably family friendly and safe. Not unlike most cities, it does have a less desirable area. Thanks as always!
I just left MB yesterday and already miss it. I made a last minute 2nd run to broadway because my son wanted a gel blaster gun and katana from the smoky mountain knife store. I wish I was still there. My week went way to fast! Thanks for the tour! I could smell the water from the fountains!

We use to go to Myrtle Beach every year and always went to either Broadway at the Beach or Barefoot Landing we love to shop but since I've gotten older we go to Wrightsville Beach and Kure Beach you will have to try Kure Beach , close to the NC aquarium, Fort Fisher, ride the ferry to Southport and Wilmington has the Battleship you can tour it's really neat thanks for the video y'all, God Bless

When is the best time to visit to avoid the horrible hot weather? Where do you guys stay when you go to Myrtle Beach? What are some of your favorite things to do or see and favorite restaurants in the area?
Not really for sure about the temps but we had a speaking engagement there a few years ago and in November the water was too cold to get in but it was warm enough for beach volleyball lol. We have been staying at North Beach Plantation for years but Aldo stay in some AirBnB. Pop pops Bbq. Oscars, ultimate California pizza
