The version you bought was the 2017 Tatula SV TW 103 which is now renamed as the Tatula SV which does not come with the zero adjust spool tensioner. The 2020 version Tatula SV TW 103 is the one with the zero adjust spool tensioner.

And you can still adjust it..long as you don't have any play in the spool..
