Good bars but preheat your molds, dust with graphite powder and cook the liquid copper at boiling for a few minutes then flux and skim. You are definitely good on this. Sweat the details and you will have a perfect bar!
nice looking ingots , I started out with steel crucible now I use clay graphite crucibles , I did a copper pour last week , I love these size ingots you made luv it sub too!
Some things to consider. 1, a good flux and flux thinner make the bars solidify without waves, and make the molten copper less viscous. 2, copper tubing is 99.99% pure, so it has intrinsically more value to buyers and collectors. 3, tongs are a great investment.
Very nice melt and pour! The bullion bars are looking good!!

Also don't hang out at room temp so long and pour in a slow even rate.

They turned out sweet!
Wow, great job.
Amazing. You should make more videos. Liked and subbed.
If you don't mind me asking what are one of those worth
?
Nice work , I’ve subbed thanks
Just wondering what your Crucible is made of
Nice work
Nice big shiny bars!
Also I always wondered what would happen if you oil quenched these big bars
what are the dimensions of your copper bars/ how heavy? They are awesome I would like to make a mold with the same dimensions.
Those darn copper holes! I keep getting those
You need to pre heat your moulds to a higher temp, and cook your copper hotter before you poor.
Beat me to it. As in my home art of glassblowing think hot work hotter.
Nice copper bars
For some reason that makes no sense to me. The value of the copper drops when this is done.
Have you seen the stupid prices people pay for copper ingots?
New subscriber hear mate awesome bars
Thanks
Gee you wouldn't want to make proper lifting and tilting tools to pour it would you.
Nice. How much gas you burn for one Cu ingot? thanks
Hi I don't know but it takes 40 min for 3.5kg copper wire to melt
Where do you find such thick copper wire?
Power cables for industrial machinery. Probably other places too.
Nice bars
Respekt is alles Super!
why do you make those ingots?
Hi just for fan making sorting cool from a piece of scrap. I hope you enjoy the video.
