yea the tarbo is so underrated...just because it has a pose that lifts slightly upwards and promos are mostly from the front it looks very fat but in hand the fat even if clearly makes it more bulky than skeletals it feels natural and something that i bet we would be able to see in *some* living tarbosaurus in my opinion its my most favourite theropod figure from pnso it doesnt just represent tarbosaurus as species but with the fat and stuff it also makes it look like one certain individual not just any tarbosaurus and i love this so much because no animal is perfect especially older aged ones you can have deformities, scars, fat level depending on how lucky the animal was in meals recently etc etc meanwhile the skeletals first they focus only on the skeleton not soft tissue and third they depict the shape of the skeleton at its healthiest shape and normal walking horizontal pose which definitely could not be so perfect in a living animal for the reasons i stated above
broo i think the helicoprion is simply amazing in hand, the details are amazing, the color has a really nice shine, and sure, it's pretty weird, but the helicoprion itself is pretty weird

How does the PNS0 T-Rex have problems My only problem is that when you open it smells it looks like it’s muscle gels are bleeding but that’s pretty much it I do than that it’s still the best looking Rex in my opinion

tarbosaurus DOES have binocular vision...it's just not as good as t rex in fact if you watch dinodragon's review the skull matches perfectly from above
@@kwaziness still it's not impossible considering tyrannosaurids were heavy and tarbosaurus would need speed due to the prey it hunted plus the fat that all animals have to some level and the skeletal they made for it is not too far off from a real skeletal other than the gastralia is just too small but if you ignore the bones on the skeletal it's just some more bulk over an original accurate skeletal
@@firegator6853 the gastralia/the gut shouldn't be dipping down so diagonally. it makes the transition from the neck to the chest to the stomach look horrendous. if the gastralia were more horizontal as it should be, it'd look more like wilson who is WAY more visually appealing.
@@kwaziness i have that figure in hands and i can say the "triangle" look is narrower than the upper side of the body if you look from the front of the figure which means it's fat and skin if it was gastralia it would form a perfectly round look on the belly from the front view, plus the gastralia on tyrannosaurids like trex and tarbosaurus is not completely horizontal it still dips down a little bit diagonally with specimens like stan having this feature more obvious so it looks more naturally applied and not deeping down as diagonally as many people think and the addition of fat which is present in both crododilians and big lizards of today the skeletons of which are way skinnier than the living specimens, more suggested to base it off a komodo dragon due to their more active lifestyle (birds are more closer related to dinosaurs yes, but they evolved to be as skinny as possible for flight and land birds like ratites evolved from flying ancestors as result still having the skinny bodyplan and use it for speed) , i thought that too when the figure was first announced so this is the reason i believe it's alright as a specific specimen at a specific time of it's life not just a general reconstruction of the animal

Both Safari Ltd and CollectA have better Kronosaurus models that exhibit better proportioning and anatomy. PNSOs Kronosaurus isn't the worst thing ever, but it struggles in plenty of areas that sets it back from consideration as a good interpretation of the animal.

@@firegator6853 Skeletals do not equal evidence, but there's lacm 23845, you can find skeletal of that. And there's BMPR2002.4.2, not much information on it but you can find in on display at the Black Hills Institute.
I'm just not a fan of their rexes. At all. Wilson looks alright, but theres something about the posture and the head shape that isnt right to me and I cant put my finger on it. The juvenile just doesnt look like a juvenile or a nanotyrannus, end of and Andrea is just so......broken. When animals sit they dont just remove their bones and let their legs go all wibbly wobbly.
@@dinoxels Nanotyrannus's teeth are nothing like a Tyrannosaurus tooth and no other large theropod dinosaur changes tooth shape with age like that, and we've found Juvenile Tyrannosaurus fossils and they don't match Nanotyrannus.

@@blobfishiant8487 tarbo is not as bad as people say...just compare stan the t rex to sue and others and then compare pnso skeletal shape (ignoring the bones just the shape) next to a franoys tarbosaurus...you will notice tyrannosaurids have a very big variety of individual variation based on the individual variation we see on t rex its not impossible for it's closest relative to also have this much individual vairation...the snout may seem narrow but there is a whole skeletal of tarbosaurus that got narrow skull, the stereoscopic vision is perfect next to the t rex one...the bulkyness is the big discussion, it may look bad and for a general representaiton of tarbosaurus AS SPECIES it is but if you think of it as a certain, powerful individual that just finished having a big meal like a dead sauropod it's not implausible it may sound surprising for many people but as individual tarbosaurus figure is awesome...maybe the feet are a little bigger than what they really are but it's a tiny detail that no one cares about the tierlist is based on his own opinion so if he says he doesn't like something it's personal thing it doesnt mean it's inaccurate or bad and stuff
