Glad it was helpful to you! Yes, we take the risk of theft, but it should never stop our creativity. Good luck with your shop!

This is a very interesting video. Art thieves are nothing new of course, (literally a profession thousands of years old or more haha) so I do expect them to show up, but I hadn’t considered that they would actually buy it through the $1 sales or $1 month subscription (they’re thieves, they usually steal not buy 😅) or through the freebie sales. I think because in my head people have to buy subscriptions usually to use CF (as far as I know) so the thought didn’t occur to me! I uploaded my first seamless pattern graphic this morning before I saw this video, and I ticked yes to all the boxes because I thought it might be a good way to get my stuff seen in the beginning of my CF career. Do you think this might be a good tactic to start with? Or should I not tick yes anymore? 🤔 I realise it’s ultimately my decision, but I am a CF baby haha (which sounds even sillier considering I’m 40 haha😆) I do create the thumbnail product pics in a 72 dpi which isn’t a printable quality though. So maybe I’m partway there to protecting some of my artworks? Either that or the thieves will get bad reviews for their bad quality images, that’s still a win in my book, serves them right for stealing 😆

Yes, thieves will steal work for a small price when they can make more money in the long run. When I first started I was clicking all of the "sales" boxes, as I saw another seller doing it, so I followed. However, after thinking about it and receiving the comment from the seller who had been ripped off, I began to change my thinking.
I think if you're just starting off and you're trying to get noticed I think it would be a good idea to take advantage of the sales CF offers sellers, but after awhile, when you feel you have some products on your store, then I wouldn't tick all the boxes, especially the $1 one. I would directly control your own store sales. I also, at the beginning, took advantage of CF 90% sale, but it only brought in a trickle of money. If you create your thumbnails at 72 dpi and download them as JPGs, then that is a good practice to get into. As digital artists we just need to let our stuff go, but do what we can to protect ourselves as well. I'm so glad my videos are helping, HellzSayzDance!

Hello ! Is the subscription to CF Sellers Club Weekly Newsletter still work? Because the link doesn't work already, or it was changed?

Sorry it no longer works. You can sign up for my KRLC Studio product email updates list with exclusive offers and updates to my site, but unfortunately, I don't have the CF Sellers Newsletter any longer. I know I need to make an updated video, but time constraints are hard to work around at the present. Go to my website krlcstudio.com if you're interested in joining my email update list.

@@cfsellers I think everything about Creative Fabrica, what helps to sell better items for designers, would be very interesting, also about pricing the items for CF, marketing tips, most popular CF items, etc.
