This seems ridiculous why aren't the bills listed with amounts, vendor name, and work description followrd by a copy of the invoices sent to each trustee and the mayor weeks before the meetings so they have time to approve or deny prior to the meeting and then present the list in the meeting for public transparency. This would save a lot of time and bickering.
