This was perfectly timed. I just put two boxes of smallish potatoes out in my garage as they were starting to sprout and I was hoping the cooler temp in my garage would preserve them until I could get them planted in Mar/Apr time frame. There are a lot!! So now I think I'll try canning most of them. I just got my new Presto electric canner and am excited to try it out. Thank you!!!
