    I love how you break these moves down with so much detail and really slow it all down. I've been doing pole for 4 years and did not know about placing the leg straight to get a better knee grip. 🌺

    Wanted you to know I thoroughly appreciate your tutorials. You are precise with your explanations, while making the video easy to follow. I sent a donation because of how many videos I've watched and saved. Would love some more beginner videos, as I've just started pole workouts. Thank you SO much for not only being an inspiration, but also being an excellent mentor. Much love, and looking forward to new tutorials in the future! ♡♡♡

    Hi Anete! You are my favorite pole instructor on TH-cam, you really break down each move. I’d love more videos on beginner/intermediate level combos. I just learned how to invert recently and I’d like more invert combos as well, but not too difficult to grasp moves. Thank you! ♥️

    I love how detailed your explanations are! I’ve been looking for a good combo forever. The ones I’ve found were either too short, too basic, or had too enthusiastic expectations for a beginner. This is perfect. Love your channel! Keep up the good work!!

    I just set up my pole and am thrilled to have found you! The way that you break down the moves is very helpful to this "newbie".... even so, I have to keep rewinding the video so that I can remember everything...thanks for reminding me to "do both sides" (the left side is very clumsy). I will be signing up on your channel as soon as I master some of these basic moves.

    Love how descriptive you are. You are a great teacher and dancer. I have been dancing since I was 3 and pole dancing since I was 18 but I am just now trying to improve on my more sensual tricks. I am performing at this time on camera live streamed so it is important for me to get better at my tricks. Love your videos. I am performing on a spinning pole so I hope that what I have learned through you can also be achieved on a pole that spins. Thanks for doing these classes!❤

    Hi, greetings from Colombia, I really enjoy your videos, you are such a great teacher, I have a question, the pole is spinning? I don't understand how to spin without a pole spinning and my pole spin really fast for me :( thank you a lot.

    • @mariatsaturova7003
      @mariatsaturova7003 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      She was doing these moves on a static pole I believe. Spinning on a static pole can be tricky - it has a lot to do with weight distribution during a move, (ie leaning forward to go forward to get some momentum) and taking advantage of momentum before you go into the move. I’ve found it easier to get as much momentum as you can before going into the move. If you’re doing a spin, it helps to draw a circle with your outside leg (in the direction of your spin, right before you go into the move) and the further the leg is from the pole, the more momentum you will have. It does take some practice before you get a good idea of balance and making your moves more controlled. Good luck and stay safe!
      Edit: Also, experiment with how much you’re gripping the pole. If you’re gripping too tightly it will make your wrist wrap around the pole which can be kinda painful. If you’re sliding off before you can even attempt a spin I’d recommend to invest in some grip aids.

      The first thing is to engage properly, start by doing the knee grip on the floor, where its safe and where you can engage properly. Also you may need to grip in your knee joint, sometimes it helps😊
