First of all you must have these 3 Generals and Upgrade these 3 generals 5 yellow and 5 Red stars. Each time you upgrade stars Yellow or Red, you can claim rewards

I don't have dual...we need all 3 Gen to start playing this event???? Can I do it with other 2 general

You need all 3 generals . With new updated event of consuming Ares blood you can claim, Aurelian and Poligenus . For douglas you can purchase package in another event Called HISTORIC GENERALS GATHER, this event also on going and use 3x coupon to claim triple rewards when purchase package. And claim Douglas
