A urinary tract infection (UTI) is an infection in any part of your urinary system your kidneys, ureters, bladder, and urethra. Most infections involve the lower urinary tract the bladder and the urethra. Women are at greater risk of developing a UTI (urinary tract infection) than are men.
Urinary tract infections (urine infection) are caused by microorganisms usually bacteria that enter the urethra and bladder, causing inflammation and infection. Common symptoms of a UTI include strong and frequent urge to urinate, cloudy, bloody, or strong-smelling urine, and pain or a burning sensation when urinating (peshab men jalan).
UTIs (urine infection) are normally caused by bacteria, they are most commonly treated with antibiotics. Drinking fluids and urinating frequently can help flush bacteria from the body, and using a heated pad for short periods can help to relieve discomfort. It is also often said that cranberries and their extracts could treat UTI (urinary tract infection).
