We had a little girl squirrel that we fed for several years, through several litters. Fed her some morning peanuts and petted her as she ate. Then she took off with a peanut to bury it in the back yard. Bobcat out of nowhere took her. That was traumatic for us, end of life for her. Sad. Squirrels are neat and funny.
