hello. time cannot be managed for we cannot control it. we can do self management tho to make that 24hrs productive. First, make a to do and distraction list. Then prioritize and execute. Me I have top 3 priority so as long as i finish those, Im good. Most importantly, work with discipline and diligence cheerfully! ☺️

Recently working with people who experienced early-life adversity, who have in many cases actually never learned self-care--the idea is that they have to learn 'self care as a second language.' Keep on keeping on!

I definitely enjoy the after work pampering ritual. I have a hard time doing this consistently for myself. Especially the tea and preparing dinner. I really love hot tea; its so comforting...but sometimes I so beat I just skip it. I don't know how you do it all, but hats off to you!

That olive oil body shop body cream is AMAZING. Its so rich and it keeps my legs super moisturised all day and my legs are usually dry as hell esp after shaving
I also really love the olive body butter! I actually find that it layers really well under certain perfumes too. My current favorite combination is that with some kind of rose perfume, like the Diptyque Roses.

I know this was sooo long ago, so maybe you've already done this. But! You say you detest going to the liquor store, I'm sure there are more upscale or homey wine stores that you can find. It makes all the difference when you enjoy the atmosphere and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. 🍷 🥂
Elle I got the pasta maker for Christmas from my husband because of you...I have to say it is a glorious machine I would highly recommend...my only issue is that I don't want to eat too many carbs....haha.....

I don't know how it is in Vancouver, but in where I live usually the people going to the liquor store are very shady, which is why I try to use the Costco liquor store if I have to buy alcohol.

Elle Florence thanks for your reply! That's awful!! In New Zealand we can buy beer and wine at the supermarket. For anything stronger, you go to the liquor store. I just find it works so organically to pick up the eggs for your pasta, the cheese and wine all in one stop!

I need to incorporate some this during the week. I either exercise or veg. I like the concept of taking care of yourself daily.
