I wish they’d get rid of the Star Wars overlay. It takes from such a magnificent attraction
For real, not everything needs to be IP, it's such a beautiful steampunk ride
Antoine needs to fix the recoil effect on the launch . Even the steam effect is not currently active though I'm not sure if that is due to the refurb work going on with nautilus as the door is not currently opening and closing either. The star wars overlay is fun but it needs restoring to its 1995 mission 1 effects .
I am also waiting for them to fix these effects

I've been there last year just before the pandemic in February, I still love this ride so much!! It never gets old to ride, and hope to see it continue to ride for many decades!! And can't wait to revisit and ride it again. Keep up the amazing work!!!

Disneyland Paris Space Mountain (Hyperspace Mountain) is THE BEST space mountain around the Disney globe. Its out of this world. I love it. I am such a massive fan of this amazing ride.

Really? As a kid I loved it but after the retheming on the inside and after so many years the ride lost it's oomph for me.
I never went to any other disney parks (sadly, hopefully in the future) so I can't compare it with other space mountain's. What makes this ride the best for you?
As a kid the external launch sequence was always such a highlight of my trips. Seeing the external part of the launch hill move on the building, the canon would recoil as if it had just fired the ride vehicle. I can only imagine the cost to maintain the effects for that, but I hold onto hope that we’ll get to see that effect return to the outside of space mountain after so many years of it not working. I hope I’m not the only one that remembers when it used to work fully

@@dlrp-fans That's just the modern static effect, didn't the outer top piece and the geared bit used to move back in the 90s? Or am I remembering incorrectly

The Star Wars theme is such a shitstain on a otherwise beautifully crafted and perhaps best Space Mountain ride of all the parks
Rock 'n Rollercoaster may have the better THEME (as of 2005 anyway), but Hyperspace Mountain has the SPEED and FORCES from what I've heard. Can't wait to ride it someday.

Don't understand why they push the Star Wars stuff so much in France when you have the Jules Verne theme. Should have left it as Space Mountain 2 and added another Jules Verne ride "Centre of the Earth" or "20,000 leagues under the sea" etc, instead of the American movies stuff. Eventually the coaster should be re-tracked with Vekoma's modern outer wheel assembly ride system to make it smoother.

Quand je me suis intéressé à l'attraction vers 2003 et que je regardais des vidéos, j'avais compris qu'il fallait monter l'escalier pour s'installer dans le train...!
J'aurai bien aimé voir et faire le parcours de cette attraction mais avec les lumières allumées comme aux states.

Despite being a StarWars fan, it should have stayed under the "jules vernes Theme" instead of being stupidly swtiched to the StarWars Theme... Nothing looks StarWars in this thing.

J'aurais aimé que Space mountain mission 2 soit remplacé par Les gardiens de la galaxie et non Hyperspace mountain
En quoi les Gardiens de la Galaxie ont un rapport avec le voyage spatial 🤨🤨 et puis de toute façon Space Mountain c’est Jules Verne et il faut qu’il remette la version d’origine
C'est marrant, tout le monde croit et répète toujours la même connerie sur la catapulte du space mountain. Non cela n'a rien de similaire avec un porte avion, mais alors pas du tout... Si c'est juste un aspect communication de la part de disney c'est ridicule, le système est déjà assez impressionnant en lui-même.
C'est le même système mais simplifié. Un câble, des poulies et un système d'accrochage
C'est le métier que je rêve de faire chez Disney. Un jour peut être.
