THE JDGE IS CERTAINLY BIASED. THE BDO ANSWERED HER QUESTION OF WHY 319 REJECTED. IT WAS REJECTED BECAUSE THERE WAS NO SIGNATURE OF THE OFFICIAL. INSTEAD OF VERIFYING THAT ASPECT SHE DIVERTED THE TOPIC. SHE MUST BE IN THE PAY ROLLS OF FAKENDRA DASH CHODI.

Mamta Banerjee (then president of the Youth Congress YC), went with that girl to meet Jyoti Basu and complain him to take action against those people. Jyoti Basu then insulted Didi and abused her.

" খেলা হবে খেলা হবে" ! এইবার বোঝা গেল কেমন খেলা হবে। খেলাটা হল প্রিসাইডিং অফিসারেরা বুথে বুথে কিছু কিছু ব্যালট পেপার সই না করেই ছাড়বেন। তারপর গোনার সময় সবগুলোই গোনা হবে।কোন সই না করা ব্যালট পেপার বাতিল হবে না। পরে যদি দেখা যায় সেই দলের প্রার্থী হেরে গেছেন তখন আবার গোনা হবে সইছাড়া ব্যালট পেপার বাতিল করবার জন্য। কারণ কমিশনার সাহেব আগেই প্ল্যান মাফিক সার্কুলার বার করেছেন সই না করা ব্যালট পেপার কাস্ট হয়ে থাকলে বাতিল করতে। কোনদিন কেউ শুনেছেন এই অদ্ভূত সার্কুলারের কথা? যদি সৎ উদ্দেশ্য থাকত তবে প্রিসাইডিং অফিসারদের উদ্দেশ্যেই সার্কুলার থাকত যে প্রত্যেকটি ব্যালট পেপারে যেন প্রিসাইডিং অফিসারের সই থাকে। একটি ব্যালট পেপারও যেন সই ছাড়া কাস্ট না হয়। এটাই নির্বাচনী বিধি। তার মানে ব্যালট লুঠ করা হবে এবং সুবিধা মত তা গোনার যোগ্য কিনা বিবেচনার সুযোগ থাকবে এটা কমিশনার সাহেবের অনুমোদিত প্ল্যান ছিল।গণতন্ত্রের এক্কেরে গুষ্টিনাশ আর কি! সবাই চোর হলে ভোটাররা কোথায় যাবেন?

Hon'ble Justice, If there is some mechanism to direct #PMOIndia to bring real transparency and #honesty with #ethics code imposed on our political system by amending the law. For instance the Ministry of #Law #Commission along with #ElectionCommissionofIndia conducted consultation in 2010-11 and amazing proposals were recieved from citizens and political parties however till date it has not been implemented. Some of the suggestions were to make it a 4yr term instead of 5yr and to make it mandatory for winners to get 70% of the registered voters, to have an age bar 70yrs for all politicians, to adopt pass a ethics code law as businessmen turning into politicians in all the states of India, to provide for realistic political funding for candidates, to have two sets of candidates like in Germany on elected by people and another small number nominated by political parties based on percentage of votes gained by political parties, ALL bills must be passed by e_voting by registered voters in the country prior to taking it up in the parliament or assembly so that people are connected aware of the laws legislated by politicians and parties, have tenure terms for ALL office bearers with age bar for registration of political parties with Election Commission of India, make it mandatory for ECI funded for eligible primaries with political parties for all candidates for Parliament or assembly as PM and CM is elected by the MP and MLA make ethics bar very high and make it easier for voters to complain and disqualify MP and MLA who voilate the ethics code. Why the fast track court for alledge criminal corrupt acts by politicians is so slow, how come #BrijBhushan got a bail with having committed such crimes on women? Would an ordinary citizen have got such a privilege? we appeal to #ChiefJusticeofIndia in #SupremeCourtofIndia to cancel this bail suo moto it truly reflects badly on the system that there are two laws in the country one for the high and mighty and one for the #AamAdmi. That's why we urgently need a RECALL process not the NOTA which is useless has no impact if we had a recall India could have recalled many illegal unworthy politicians from Parliament and Assembly. Look at #Manipur with so much army (ratio is maybe 50 soldiers for 1 citizen) they could have been lined up throughout the streets of Manipur and saved the 150 precious lives but no the entire country is not bothered as it is not Indian or #india situation.
