Thank you very much for the review. I'm also bought that new am4 white motherboard of chinese brand from aliexpress and now waiting for delivery. Glad that new motherboards on b450 chipset that include work of old Ryzen 1st and 2nd gen are still being produced. First wanted to buy chipset B550 with PCI Express 4.0 for a future upgrade, but then I found out that it doesn't support older generations of Ryzen, and when buying any new Ryzen of Zen 3 gen right away, there would be a temptation also to buy a new video card like RTX 4060 with the last money. But for Ryzen 5 1600, economical GTX 1650 would be enough

After my most recent project/Video that required me to patch my own driver for an abandoned Nvidia mining card, and issues like Machinist nor having download pages, I am going to start a website soon with bios dumps and my hacked drivers. @@JordosTechShack OH okay great to hear, I will be buying one soon. I noticed you also buy Apevia Spriit psu's, have you not had any issues with them? I want to buy them to increase my profit margins but I hear so many bad things about them. Thank you for your response!
@yungwiz9297 the Spirit PSU are not something I intended to use on as many builds. I stocked them for on hand emergency replacements and builds that didn't use a powered GPU. They never failed, so I started using them in my kids builds and family "gift" builds. PCs that were close and I would be fixing regardless. Then my regular customers who usually have me build their projects but buy their own parts started bringing them to me. After seeing them work fine for me so long they were willing to take the risk with budget and low powered GPU builds. I have ordered 8 in 2024 according to Amazon. Probably a handful in 2023, at least another 3 from customer provided parts, and none have failed. So my official statement is I'd recommend going with something certified, However If you keep the GPU draw in check you should be fine. My daughter Briar runs it pretty hard with the RX 5600XT and hasn't had any issues. My bother with his RTX 3060 12 GB and power hungry V4 Xeon have been pushing hours of RDR2 for the last 8 months without issue. I have RX 580 2048sp builds with them, out in the wild, for well over a year now without issue. If your Warranting the builds for a year (or less) and keep it 60 series or lower for the GPU, you won't have any issues.
@@perrymitchell7118yea it should be just fine. Just keep in mind the NVME/PCIE is only gen 3 with B450 chipset, which is why I usually leave B450 for 3000 series and older Ryzen. But the bios supports it and it will work, just might leave a little drive performance on the table.
@@JordosTechShack Hey, I’m trying to undervolt my Ryzen 5 3600 while keeping dynamic frequency scaling with PBO enabled. I’ve tested a stable configuration in Ryzen Master at 4180 MHz with 1.15V, which gave me around a 10-degree temperature drop and a better Cinebench R23 score. Now, I want to apply this undervolt in the BIOS using Custom Pstate0 on my Machinist B450 motherboard. In the BIOS, the Custom Pstate0 VID is set to 48 by default, but I’m not sure what actual voltage that corresponds to. My goal is to keep 4180 MHz at 1.15V as the maximum boost state, but still allow the CPU to dynamically lower its frequency and voltage when not under full load.
