That's what I was thinking when we got to see this prior to the movie for the 10th anniversary of Twilight. I know some of them may have had other obligations....but all of them? I always liked him but now have even more respect for Jackson.
For many of us, Twilight came at exactly the right time to have a huge impact. For me it was the turning point of becoming a teenager. It introduced me to fantasy books and good music. The soundtracks were absolutely stellar, the best thing about the movies imo!
Yes I completely agree, most people ask why this saga is so important to me ecc.. And this is the ecxat reason. With this movie I Iearnd for the first time what love is and how is look a like. I will remember this saga for the rest of my life and one day my children will watch this.
I love Jackson, he's one of the few in the cast who do not seem to despise the movies, despite having enriched them. He keeps the good memories (maybe even the passion for Ashley Greene) that he lived, it's so funny, that Waste the Jasper story had not been explored.

They were inundated with comments about how cheesy/stupid/boring the movies were and seemed to be joking. Kristen Stewart has said on multiple occasions that she's proud of Twilight.
Just imagine touring the Twilight house 10 years after the movies have ended, not expecting anything except for the house itself and suddenly there is Jasper Cullen casually standing on the balcony...
The cast of twilight dont hate twilight, there are a lot of interviews when Kristen says how much she loves twilight, even she said a short time ago that its ok if people remember her as Bella, because Bella will always part of her. And I know Rob always joked about he didnt like Twilight and Edward but actually he's really grateful, he has said many times that thanks to twilight he can choose to make the movies that he really wants to do. And the rest of cast never have said anything bad about the saga. The cast dont want to make another movie because Twilight ended long time ago with Breaking Dawn. And 10 years ago they were different persons, very young, probably they have changed and dont think like they thought 10 years ago, so a movie like this its not of their interest now but it doesnt mean they dont love twilight. I love twilight so much, Edward will always be my first love, but now Im not 14 anymore, Im 24 years old and Im more mature, critical and conscious about social issues, I can see how Twilight promotes some wrong things... Twilight had its time it was beautiful while it lasted, and somehow it helped a lot of people, my life changed because of twilight and I will always be grateful for that, but its over. Anyways, It make me sad a lot that people say that the Twilight cast hates the saga because it's not true. (sorry for my mistakes, english is not my first language) PS: Twilight will live forever while we remember it

Yes - one thing about the first movie I really wish they'd changed is not colouring it so strongly - that desaturated blue colour really messed up a lot of things.

Jackson is a legend. People hate on Twilight including the cast, because they grew up, and so did we. I was in my first year of secondary school when I watched this and wanted to be a vampire. This hits all the nostalgia of a more simple time that is gone. Thank you for this, and thank you to everyone involved, even you you hate it now. It was a generation marking series.

I think I decided to read this saga at a very good time in my life. I’m 17, a junior, and I’m going through some stuff. Twilight in specific really distracted me from my reality and I was so happy to read it. I know that the hype is pretty much dead, but I was happy to find people are still fans. I feel like this generation never reads anymore and I’m glad I got back into reading. I feel like it’s very bittersweet for me because I turn 18 this year. You know when you turn 18 then life changes because you’re responsible for yourself and your decisions. The twilight saga to me is that staple of my youth before becoming an adult and facing the scary real world. ❤️
