I got the small Telfar black bag. I can't afford any luxury brands so I was happy I could afford this and support an awesome black designer.
As long as it makes you feel good that’s all that matters.

Telfar bags are beautiful, functional and reasonably priced, "for everyone." Let's see a video about some European designers' bags that are retailed for thousands of dollars. Are THOSE worth the money?? To me, Black owned will always be worth the money.

Esther Telfar worked hard on his product. You own a luxury handbag 👜 and that’s it. It’s not a hood Birken. It’s a luxury handbag like LV or the Birken.

I concur with your review. After a year I finally secured my first Telfeezy last week in Cream and love it! While I am not a fan of the straps I do love the functionality of the bag... and being able to support Teflar Clemons overall is a dream come true.
I have the medium olive and at first I was on the fence about it but then all of sudden it became one of my faves. No one in my city is really carrying it so I feel like a little trendsetter 🤣

The ox blood medium shopper is my daily work bag. Best bag I’ve owned. Holds all my daily essentials and I couldn’t be happier.

I have a med in blk and mini in cobalt, I am in love with my mini. Im wearing it as a top handle too. I deff agree about the straps. I could go without. I wish they were adjustable or removable for us bustier girls.

I love my telfar bags! I have 3 of the small sizes and it took me a year and a half to get them because they always sell out quickly and I refused to pay the ridiculous prices from the resellers.
The resale market is wild 😳
The resale market is insane for these bags and most of them just will sit unsold because who is paying $400 for a SMALL $150 bag I love mine too but I can't get behind it

I use the black medium as my daily work bag and it’s held up very well!! I ordered my early in the quarantine and so far so good. I bought an organizer to help keep the structure since I’m not a fan of slouchy bags!

It definitely has a similar silhouette and design as the Louis Vuitton On The Go tote but at an easier to swallow price and not as in your face monogram print. Such a cute sleek look.

I have the medium in tan and really enjoy it. I have the small in black and in my opinion its too small. It fits my wallet and phone and thats it.

I just got the small tan and I love it. I’m also super curious to see how the wear and tear goes. Also, there’s no internal pocket on the small and I wonder if that’ll change in the future.

I don’t see the hype. I would understand the hype if it were real leather. It doesn’t have feet on the bottom either and the inside looks cheap. I’m so happy a Black designer is getting recognition, but it’s a no for me.

@@Chris-eo4be I agree....the straps were made that way for a commuter bag to be able to use it crossbody. I found the straps come in handy. Doesn’t matter to I was determined to support and get one. It’s cheap in price and go quality from an awesome designer but so people will find any reason to complain 😂

I’ve paid way more for bags but have stopped purchasing leather bags (brand new but will buy them used) and this bag being vegan and black owned checks all my boxes

Being blessed to be able to purchase luxury items I never understood why people knock those who can’t and those who can’t knock those who can. Luxury is not about the price it is how it makes a person feel. If this bag makes you feel good I say go for it or any other bag as well. People need to stop making it about classism and go back to what fashion is about “The person”!

How would you compare a telfar to a LV neverfull PM? Do you think its better to go with vegan leather or canvas?

Honestly these two don’t compare as I have them both and as for size it compares more to the mm LV neverfull not the pm.
They are to different the LV is a cotton canvas that is coated with real leather trim and handles and Telfar is a vegan leather (poly urethane or plastic). It comes down to what fits both a persons pocket book and lifestyle.
i had some staining on my small orange teflar after one wear probably from my black clothing. did anyone else have that issue? if so, any advice on how to clean it?

I’m sorry. I WANT to love this bag but I just don’t. The crinkles in the leather make it look thin and cheap. It’s not structured enough for me. And from what I hear vegan leather doesn’t hold up the same as regular leather. I’m contemplating getting a small one for my little girl just to support but I don’t like how it looks.
I agree, it gives paper mache honestly. I haven’t seen it look good in any color or size but I’m rooting for this brand!
I agree. I think you can get better bags for the same or lower price point. I love that it’s vegan leather and the bag in this video looks beautiful, but it’s over priced IMO. I also think the brand is full of shit when they say it’s for everyone and they are about inclusiveness. If they were, you’d just be able to pre-order the bag on their site and get it when you get it. Instead you have to jump through hoops over and over and over until you score one.

Everyone wants this bag due to how it’s Chic and simple so of course it will be hard to get your hands on. It’s extremely popular right now maybe as the brand gets bigger and open up stores there will be more access.

But, they do make you jump through hoops with having to watch Social Media like a hawk, get up at 6:00 am on the west cost on a drop day, have all your billing info all input and ready to go. It's a lot. I just don't understand their rationale - it's not going to be the "it" bag for ever. I just want to review it more than anything.
