Hi Marion, not sure if you’ll read this but this was one of the last dish i made for my dad who was very ill. He enjoyed it very very much since he loves pasta especially angel hair. I was having a lot of difficulty finding ideas on what to make for him since he barely has any appetite or even energy to chew his food. But with this one it was a winner. Thank you Marion from bottom of my heart.

Just watched this video and immediately knew I had to make this! Had all ingredients on hand. This recipe was so good!! I followed the recipe but instead of the crispy poached egg, I just made a fried one. So delicious!!! Kind of reminded me of the Indomie Mi Goreng noodle. But this dish was way next level ! I also loved how easy it was to put together. Thank you for another winner!

Not necessarily. When I'm in the mood for ramen, I make it like a stir fry adding different veggies & meat or seafood & I don't use any stock or broth at all

I watched this video today and I decided to make it for myself. I made it and it’s just so delicious. It’s so easy to make. So simple and so good. I had second thoughts making it but it ended up so well. I mean who knew soy and oyster sauce could go so well with pasta. I’d recommend this. I just made this! I had everything except for the parm and I omitted the crispy egg part. I loved that the ingredients were easily accessible! It was definitely tasty, slightly on the salty side.
I found the same. So the second time I made it, I didn't add salt to the pasta water and I added a little sweet soy sauce. It was so delicious and balanced!

I'm italian and more than a pasta purist, but this recipe is great and I'm sure any italian would try that, simply because it's straightforward and Marion's skills are super. I would use a thicker pasta like spaghetti n°5 rather than angel's hair, but that's personal taste. Great work.

Angel hair pasta is a stable in my pantry and has saved many a "what's for dinner " and NOW dilemmas. For that umani tone I sometime use a small amount of miso slurry and add to the sauce. Magic.. Dinner on the table in ten minutes.
@Marion's Kitchen , girl I just made the recipe ( pics here : ibb.co/zVhszqx , ibb.co/pZ8trN3 ) and it was the bomb!! I had to replace the fish with bacon and dried chilies with cherry tomatoes ( so the ingredients agree to the entire household - did not skip on the heat and added fresh chilies thinly sliced ) but omg, so good. Can`t believe the egg also came out runny and so damn crunchy !!! amazing

Tuna has to be one of the most underrated ingredients for throwing together an impromptu meal. Never occurred to me to combine with eggs. Genius!
