@@alixandstephenshow You're so welcome! I have two amazing daughters who are now 25 and 26 years old. I did hear from others how well-mannered, and respectful they were. I think you both are so uplifting and positive in your girls lives that their both going to be confident when going to school. Be proud of yourselves cause you both have been raising genuine little girls.
We all cry when our babies leave home to start their own adventures in life. Kindergarten is going to be so much fun for her. She looked so adorable for her 1st day of school. Having such loving, caring parents is what gives her the confidence she has. Blessings to this beautiful family
It's always harder for the parents when the child matures before you're ready for it. Her emotional maturity is what lets her do new things with confidence. 💜💜💜
Time flies fast, watching our kids leave.. it can't get any heavier. But that's life..glad hat she's confident and Happy. Happy for her and happy for you guys.
You two are great parents! Thanks for sharing with the world what I thought was just normal behavior but so many people out there need a good example!!
We as parents always cry! They are totally fine. Some are shy, some cry but most kids are excited and happy to be in school. She will have so much fun in Kindergarten and she will tell you all about it. Hang in there ❤
I was scared my first day too, I'm 42 and remember the day, I screamed til I couldn't scream anymore, I just wanted my mom, and now I don't have her anymore. 💔
When they’re so happy for their first day at school and are also happy to stay as you leave. Your raising a child that’s growing in confidence and ready for a new adventure. Your great parents who are raising great confident little girls 😊 happy tears ❤
I've noticed the same about my son. He is so much braver than I was at his age. He will do things I would've been so scared and insecure to do - without a second thought. He's 16 now and still amazes me. Meanwhile, I cried more days than not when he was going to elementary school... and middle school. Just the thought of him being out in the world alone, where things could just happen to him. 😢😂
It wasn't hard for her because she is a confident, well adjusted, much loved little girl. You prepared her and have raised a child with resilience, a strong sense of self and you should be proud of her and proud of yourselves. She is a credit to you.
I have been watching this emotional yet proud video of yours for the past two days, after seeing aurora being confident and happy to be on a her first day at school makes me so happy, i felt Stephen man his eyes showed it all 😂 emotional yet proud 😌 Love your family alot ❤
It's so awesome to see such a loving and devoted father and husband. ❤ your girls will grow up to be emotionally healthy and well-adjusted women. It's beautiful to watch your videos.
It’s such a magnificent feeling to have given them the confidence and ability to face the world and with a smile at that. Then we get to ugly cry in the car and want to sit in the parking lot until 3. Congrats y’all!
She’s confident bc of you two! I hope her day was amazing, and I hope she made lots of new friends that will become her friends forever! Y’all are doing an amazing job with both kids! ❤
Fast forward 20yrs and dad's gonna be crying harder than anyone else when he's walking her down the aisle. A loving wife and two daughters, this man is truly blessed.
My niece isnt even my child and I bawled on her first day of kindergarten last year, just the thought of how mean kids are now days and she is just the most sweetest girl ever and I just dont want anyone being mean to her and just with everything else that has been going on in schools recently just shatters me. But she done amazing and she absolutely loves school! Thursday is her first day of 1st grade and I know I'm gonna cry then too 😭
Please dont ever be ashamed to show that deep emotion stephen. It's a beautiful thing to see a man confident enough in his masculinity to show his deeper feelings. Especially over babies and family. It's a hard thing to do in todays culture of toxic masculinity. Men ate just not allowed to show the feelings that ALL of us have. It takes real strength. Both of you should be very proud that you have raised your girl up to be so confident and eager to explore new situations. Great job, mom and dad!
It takes parents a bit to learn that we are literally teaching our kids to leave us. But know if they can do that comfortably know your doing a good job.
