Again another great video. But for anyone wondering there actually was an account of a 'mothman' in the USA who was seen killing animals and even chased a car. The people actually went to the police and told them their story and the officers thought they were insane. They checked and they actually saw it too flying at an extremely high rate of speed and they started running in fear as it chased them. No one has seen it since.

This is the best animated story I've seen featuring the Mothman. It draws on a lot of the elements of the case, while also having an almost Lovecraftian vibe to it.

I’m actually in West Virginia right now and I’m going back home right now in a 14 hour car ride and I went to point pleasant Mothman museum and saw the statue
First, I was scared when I heard the "Dead Forest" soundtrack for spotting the Mothman, especially when I heard it once before in a scary story about a portal. But the ending was especially heartwarming, especially how the Mothman is framed as a "guardian angel" Merry Christmas and thank you so much for your story! 🎄

Interesting thing about the Mouth-Man is that he is an omen of bad luck, but some people say tragedy only strikes if you mention you saw him to other people. Supposedly if you keep quiet about seeing him for 6 months then no bad luck or tragedy will befall you or anyone close to you.
I'm commenting before I finish watching the video, because I wanted to say that as I was scrolling through my feed, this one caught my eye. This was because the thumbnail looked like Spider-Man was getting ready to fight them off man, and I got really excited for a second.

Another great story from my favorit Scary Story Channel 🙌😊 The only thing that's missing is the awesome outro theme song, like the in older Scary Story.. The song always gives me the feel of returning back to safe reality after the chilling camp fire story hehe 🤗

But here it is suggested that the Mothman plays a bigger role by luring the man outside and saving him from the disaster (or it could be he is just lucky to be that curious). The "lost time" is based on the reports that some people have hours unaccounted for even though they thought the encounter only lasts for a few minutes. It could be psychological or who knows -- a spacetime anomaly related to the manifestation ;-)
