Really liked all the different scene changes. Such small details really made this come together, I especially love when you added dust particles to parts with a lot of light. Arguably your most stylistic work yet. Great storytelling too. Well done!
Thank you so much. The different lighting setups for the museum were crazy and it's amazing how much lighting can contribute to the mood in each scene. The bar scene was a lot fun ;)

I think the sleep paralysis scene with him in the bed was one of my favorites from you. Good stuff.
Thanks. Since the scene didn't really require much character movement or character blocking, I didn't think it was necessary to storyboard the scene. I wish I had though because it turned out to be a lot harder to make than I thought.
I love this episode. I was so into the story that I was seriously spooked out by the sudden crunching noise.
I had that to, that sound really shocked me, then again I probably shouldn't be watching this at 1 in the morning with earbuds in.
The black scarab was just a creative Easter egg 🙂

@@itzfardino Black Scarabs are the beetles used to mummify someone alive as shown in mummy movies, so I guess it was a tribute to that, also it was a very popular and worn as amulets in ancient Egypt as it symbolised sun god Re

The way i see it, even if your don't believe in curses, ghosts, the fey, etc. Its better not to mess with it, just in case.
This synth wave music is so chilling . It would go with horror movies or series opening or ending. And i don't want see change of this

Nice touch about the mummy being of someone who had been buried alive. That avoids the problem of that pesky detail about the removal of the brain during mummification.
I'm kind of confused. I think he broke the glass to free the mummy while he was sleepwalking and was being controlled by the entity. But why did he have blood on his feet at the last scene? Was it the same night he found blood on his hand? And also it was a good thing the mummy didn't kill him.
My interpretation is the mummy connected with him, and the moments the narrator were paralyzed, the mummy could move.
It's also a sort of voodoo doll effect: whatever the mummy does, also happens to the narrator. The mummy simply transferred the wounds to a living vessel.
Absolutely loved it! The museum had such good lighting and highlights, that it gave a strong sense of actual feel. Same could be said about the bar scene, with all the particles in the air reflecting in the light. 9 minutes of pure thrill. The outro music is my absolute fav!
Ok this was the scariest ones you’ve made! Literally you gave me chills and I jumped a few times. The mummy falling reminded me of the scene from the Mummy movie when Imhotep fell from his sarcophagus and was all gooey!!!

This is the most unconventional mummy story I've ever heard of, and it's brilliant.
Context : so essentially, the guy gets possessed by the mummy's spirit and is manipulated into smashing the case and walking on the glass, which is why he finds himself with blood on his hand and feet respectively, always back in bed without any memory of what happened

Just some few things,
Did he not wash his hand before and after touching the mummy? Since mc knew enough he is not qualified to handle the artifacts in the museum, then why didn't he put on a glove or maybe use a stick to push the mummy back?
Also, loved the way you self promoting your Gorgon videos, that poster itself is scary enough
