Grandpa is mute and deaf, Auntie only speaks Mandarin. Felista's mom only speaks Swahili. Yet, the 3 of them are bonding so well and understand the universal language of "LOVE". All these people are making Felista's mom come out of her shell and become more open and interactive in videos. Good job, everyone!

I said it was touching because she's watched him online for a long time and has loved him from afar. Now she gets a chance to express her love. I'm not saying that I've never seen it.

It was so cute when Fely’s real mom met her Chinese mom lol. Even though it’s their first time seeing each other in person, they both felt familiar with each other. Probably because they see each other in the videos lol. And it was nice when Doudou mentioned his dad, and at the end when they’re all eating around the table, you can see him from behind sitting next to Doudou. I haven’t seen recent comments asking where her husband is, so that’s a good thing. Just because you don’t see him a lot in her videos, it doesn’t mean he doesn’t care for his family. Maybe one day he’ll be comfortable being in front of the camera again, but we should respect his privacy if he doesn’t want to. I really enjoyed the love in this video and I hope they can move into their new home soon 😊

The distance will remain great, but the unknown has now been experienced and has been found more than satisfactory.

Nice to see him seated next to his son enjoying dinner with his family though he was excluded in most of the camera angles. Felista's food looked tasty as always.

@fasaebisola6927, I think that is true the reason being that Lawu’s mother in law is very high energy and auntie is a calmer soul just like Felista’s mother. They have the same energy that’s why the get along better and understand each other better despite the language barrier.

Lawu's MIL keeps talking directly with Lawu's mother. Although it's professionally correct, people not used to translators will feel uneasy. Lawu's translating ability is also limited.
Felista also has more say in her household and grandpa is used to limited communication. If I were Felista's mother, I would also feel more at home with Felista.
