Sis you gotta buy a heating pad??! I have horrible cramps and my life has changed since I finally purchased a plug in heating pad. Like it saves you soo much time and plus you don’t have to keep boiling water which really sucked to have to do while dying in pain.I have the one by Sunbeam, but you can get whichever one you prefer from amazon!
