Awesome interview Andy. We are also at the point where we would have to cut things we really value, like Christian school for our kids. My wife and I have opted for the increase income route - we started a junk removal company in July and it's taken off faster than we expected. We're still evenings only, but my wife quit her retail job to focus on real estate and help me with junk when needed, plus kid activities.
Thanks for sharing these videos, you and the interviews are inspiring. We have a big mortgage and 4 kids, and I believe we can clear it in 5 years, or at least before our oldest goes to college in 8 😁
Our daughter is around the same age then!

Andy, I keep on watching these interviews to keep me motivated to pay off our mortgage. We have about 9k left on our mortgage that we intend to pay off this year. Perfect timing now that my hours got reduced 40%! It was devastating and demoralizing but I know that we'll survive because we're super close to being debt free.🙏
