This game did an absolutely excellent job of portraying a woman's plight. Even the way Hollow was careful to pick the phrases that weren't too mean, so as to not antagonize the male characters was on point. I know other women watching could relate to the suspicion and fear in this game, even towards a "friend". Terrifying, but well done.
I love how some of these “Fears to Fathom” games are amazing at misleading you in the wrong direction & then completely confusing you between multiple characters. The way the story & dialogue unfold lends you to believe Mike is a red flag (I still think he is) when it turned out to be the “landlord.” Good stuff.
Thr best part of hollow's playthroughs is the fact that he goes through every single detail of the game and doesnt leave any stone unturned.(like reading through all the messages). Really gives you the full experience of the game he's playing!
All jumpscares to that moment was basically the same type: someone appear suddenly near the door. Yet, somehow, they manage to work pretty well. What's more, same trick is used throuoghout other parts of the series. Also with good results. Remarkable.

I always love the way Hollow expresses fear when he plays horror games, not overreacting like a lot of people that's a bad thing because it feels awkward, but Hollow expresses fear in a very genuine way to the point we can relate the most.

The storyline was soooo engaging and thrilling and the aesthetics were so pleasing!! Plus the realistic details like music, realism of the snow and views, and being able to see people from different angles and outside was sooooo good

I just got this game recent;y and started with this story, finished it. I didn't realize you could get a good ending, this was eye opening, because when the guy killed me on the first play through i thought that was it. This is a brilliant and unique game and is not like anything else out there.

A big red flag. The girl needs better friends, or a real boyfriend who's not a people pleaser.
