I think one of the reasons these so-called Malls are closing is that the Middle Class & High paid working class they were designed to appeal to , is disappearing and this "disappearing act" has been going on since at least 1988. 😑 Look around : Do you see the kind of foot traffic that is needed to maintain the storefronts in business ?

No. Everyone shops online now
As a Tampa resident, I can tell you that this is a very slow day. Many days this mall is packed wall to wall.
